Place definitely has the potential the staff was helpful and supportive, but good amount of work. Place itself was in pretty good shape, but that's just the areas that were complete. Bedding wasn't cleanest it seemed, but rooms in general were and bathrooms spacious. They're still working on several areas of the property and i think once it's done it will be really nice

Tout était parfait, la boisson offerte pendant le check-in, la chambre avec accès piscine, j’ai pris un uber pour aller à la plage (100 pesos /5euros ), très proche de l’aéroport, personnel très cool, juste dommage de ne pas avoir mis de l’eau gratuite dans ma chambre, j’ai bu une bouteille d’eau qui était payante, je ne vais pas baisser la note pour ça mais je l’écris quand même pour que cette erreur ne se reproduise pas

Lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy mala … se escucha todo el ruido de afuera no pidamos dormir .. y aunque el personal fue muy amable y atento no lo vale .. la comida ekis.. un día nisiquiera limpiaron la habitación y nunca estuvieron llenos los dispensadores.. entre otras cosas… no recomiendo este lugar, si quieren descansar … personal 10 lugar 0

Tiene potencial pero la playa! sin playa!!!!

El lugar bonito, muy pintoresco, agua templada a fria en las albercas, vistas desde la alberca de la azotea super agradables, el punto pesimo para el hotel es su playa horrible, peor que basurero, deberian de quitar las fotos, deja mucho que desear que te vendan una imagen de playa privada cuando es imposible acceder a esta.

Absolute Bliss!

A beautiful place if you are looking for relaxation. The staff are amongst the best hotel staff I’ve ever met, so attentive, especially being a solo traveller. There is so much to explore, with its many bar areas, private little beach which is stunning and just what the doctor ordered. I’d say it is quite far from everything so I wouldn’t advise staying there if (like me) you can’t sit still and want to visit playa del carmen, tulum etc. I’d also say the only thing is the noise from the road. I read reviews prior to booking and didn’t think it would bother me but it literally sounded like cars were in your room from around 11pm - 1/2am. But other than that it was perfect!

It was a very secluded hotel, very quiet. Property is like an Amazon jungle. There is no beach to swim at. But there are beaches close. Love the area that they had for the beach that had pool access close to it.

The first three night were not good, no hot water to shower. They accommodated with another room, of equal value. Our room was on the lower area closest to the pool with the statues, but it was at street level and it was very noisy at night and the mornings. Because the hotel is located near wetland areas, be advised to bring or buy mosquito repellent. Mosquitoes entered our room being close to the pool and our evenings, so we had to use the repellant.. Overall, the staff was nice, the property is beautiful with lots of cute amenities, i.e. rooftop pools, private beach, etc... for the value of that area and the convenience to the airport, it is appropriately priced. However..... I will say, that their shuttle service to and from the airport should be free. Their price of 30 dollars us is too much for a 10 minute ride. I'm still contemplating a return visit, but will consider other locations also.
