Location, location, location!

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Most places were easily accessible on foot, and for destinations further away, like San Juan, there was a bus that stopped almost in front of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The condition of the hotel could use some improvement. The elevator malfunctioned almost daily, and there was wear and tear, for example on the doors and the sofa. There were also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but the very friendly staff were helpful with this as well. We are satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely come again.

Really nice place. We got and extended stay with 6 hours for free. 2 minor things that could be improved. A broom in the room to get away the sand from the floor. 2:nd the air condition turned of itself every 6 hours. A bit anoying in the night. But this are as I wrote, minor things

Fin lejlighed til prisen. Måske lidt presset med 6 personer. Nok mere egnet til 4 men vi havde et fint ophold. Super beliggenhed. Tæt på strand og placeret lige midt på ramblaen. Terrassen var fin og et yndet opholdssted om morgenen og aftenen.

Vi bodde 7 nätter och en städning ingick i mitten utav vistelsen. Ingen städning kom och vi fick påminna varpå det städades dag 5 av 7, något sent! Lite varierande kvalitet av köksprylar, hade gärna haft mer ingående information om köket inventarier på förhand.

We had a terrible experience with this Hostel. It is a Hostel, not a Hotel. Sewer and cloak smell in room. Very noisy outside during night. Rude communication from staff after we complained. They gave us updated, but we demanded refund for one night. Tried to blame us for braking things in room. We feel really bad treated due the communication. And we will be taking things further. Only one thing good.. location, We were family with 2 children

Flott opphold i Alicante.

Kjempe fint sted. Veldig sentralt. Vi hadde leilighet med terrasse, kunne ta frokosten ute. Solen dukket opp der i 12 tiden. Bassengområdet var kjempe fint. Lite basseng, men passet perfekt for å kjøle seg ned. Solen dukket opp der i 9 tiden på morningen. Leiligheten hadde alt en trengte. Hadde god kommunikasjon med de før vi sjekket inn. Eneste som er negativt er at det er veldig lytt inne i bygget. Det var mye bråk i gangene som vi hørte kjempe godt. Lite bråk i ukedagene, men helgene var super bråkete. Men alt i alt, helt supert sted. Vi var to venninner og vi hadde alt vi trengte i nærheten.

Could not have find a more ideally located apartment that offered everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access, rooftop pool and seating area was a super bonus. so many great places to eat and drink within a 2 or 3 minute walk, supermarket across the road, a few minutes walk to Metro/tram. would definitely return, would highly recommend.
