The place is in terrible disrepair. Someone is probably going to get injured on that deck or the broken railing to the loft. However it was a really nice location. It wasn't all bad but it is pretty expensive for what you get.

The care taker Tim was vert nice. We absolutely love this cabin and plan to return. The AC in the bedrooms work great but the one in the living room was not cooling well. Take your own cleaning/disinfectant supplies to clean up after yourself during stay.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! I'm not one to write reviews, but people must be warned! We stayed in the "budget" cabin and had to check out a night early because it was so gross. The door to the outside did not seal, which let in a lot of bugs. The cracked front window from what looked like a BB was unnerving. The vanity lights and bathroom fan did not work at all and the lock on the bathroom window was falling off. The towels were so small that I initially thought they were the hand towels, and they smelled badly of cigarette smoke. They say they don't charge a cleaning fee, but the place really needs a deep clean. I was ghosted when I asked the host for a partial refund.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about my recent booking at your cabin. According to the information and photos on your website, the hotel was presented as clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, upon arrival, I found that the condition of the hotel was very different from what was advertised. The room and facilities did not meet the standards described online, and as a result, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. Because of this, I decided not to stay at the hotel at all and left shortly after arriving. Given that the hotel was not as described and I did not use the accommodation, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for my booking. The cabin was great for the price! it was super close to sequoia and a two great coffee shops, it's more than what we could of wanted. check was easy and host made an effort to give me an earlier check in. the area was super nice and had an amazing view of the river and it was fun to walk around! i only have one down side, the towels are super tiny. my bf and i are size medium and large and these towels did not wrap around at us. sadly they also smelled terrible, like cigarettes. we went out to buy some (we did not tell the host since it was late at night when we discovered this). everything else was great and it was so fun to stay at a cabin like this
