Very suitable for our one night stay, lovely/original artistic flair to the decor playing off the Casablanca theme throughout lobby area and in the rooms; excellent staff, both friendly and attentive; the rooftop lounge areas are a big plus. Excellent location. Only caveat: Reservation/ information provided at check-in should be clearer that many rooms HAVE NO WINDOW whatsoever which is a big minus. If this is a problem for you, make sure to ask!

Views from the rooftop was amazing. Loved the two rooftop areas for having a relaxing conversation over a glass of wine and nice breeze after a day of exploring the fort and town, Beds are so comfortable. Staff friendly and knowlegable. Wonderful air-conditioning and loved the small balcony. Quiet rooms which in Old San Juan is amazing. If given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

Floors were dirty in the room (swept but not mopped), hotel as a whole is in need of proper maintenance and upkeep, and the water pressure for showers and the rooftop tubs are the worst I’ve ever seen. Architecture was pretty and the staff was friendly, however I am unlikely to book again.

Liked how the hotel was decorated. Little disappointed in the room. The picture online made me think there was a window to the outside street but The window in the room picture is in the wall to the hallway. It is lit and you cant see out or in.

This hotel is centrally located in Old San Juan. It is an older hotel, but the room is very clean and the area is very safe. I will stay here again the next time I visit.

We arrived at 1030 pm. The parking is several blocks away. No food options open that late close to the hotel. Rooms did not look like photos. Nice king bed but had a twin bed that was on the floor making the room much smaller than pictured. Elevator did not work so needed to take the luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
