Excellent stay. Staff go above and beyond for you. Very impressed with the service, the staff give tips on places to go & things to do, they remembered our names and previous conversations and really tried to make the stay memorable. They even decorated the room for my partners birthday. Would absolutely stay again.

Couples stay in Hanoi

We had a lovely stay in L’Signature Hanoi. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a gorgeous balconette room that had all the amenities we needed. The onsite restaurant Luna was great. We ate dinner the first night and it was delicious. We also were treated to live music on the rooftop first and last night there, a perfect way to start and end our trip. The breakfast buffet was honestly the most beautiful buffet we’ve seen. And you can order eggs or pho however many you like. The location of L’Signature was incredible, only 20m to the Hoan Kiem lake and on weekends is closed to cars so very easy to walk around. And they even gave us a lovely farewell gift of coffee beans and drip container! Just so thoughtful! We would highly recommend L’Signature for any one planning to stay in Hanoi

Recommended

Great location. 100m from the lake and where the Hop on Hop off buses depart. Great choice of restaurants nearby Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the top floor was good with views towards the lake. My room was comfortable. I had a comfy king size bed, tv, safe, fridge, kettle and lovely bathroom. Family had stayed here and recommended the hotel. When i return i will stay here again.

Four days in Hanoi , fantastic trip great hotel. ,

The hotel staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and there for our every need. Hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter walking distance to restaurants, spa's, huge lake., beautifu park. The hotel was very clean offering all services and a wonderful breakfast. I would recumbent this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Hanoi.

Vi ble tatt veldig godt imot ved innsjekking. Personalet kontaktet oss god tid i forkant for å tilby oppgraderinger, SPA-behandlinger, transport fra flyplassen m.m. De hjalp oss også med bagasje ved innsjekk, samt kjøp av lokalt SIM-kort. Hotellet har paraplyer til utlån. Bra beliggenhet. Rommet og badet var fint, frokosten meget god, og personalet usedvanlig hjelpsomme med reisetips etc. Vi vil absolutt anbefale L’Signature Hotel til andre reisende.

Staff were extremely sweet and helpful. We received a little gift when leaving from them which was much appreciated. The room is very clean and modern and the mattress is very comfortable. It’s situated near lots of shops, down the road from a lake and a 15 min from train road. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi was not hot so was unable to use this, but apart from that it was a very pleasant stay and I would defiantly stay again if I was to ever pass through.

Lovely place

It is just wow!!! What a Lovely front desk warm and friendly staff . I had an amazing stay in this Lovely Hotel . Everything is just nearby ! The best place to have access easy to the lake Hoan Kiem , the old quarter with the vibe !! The roof top bar is the place you won’t miss !! You have the good view of Hanoi. I recommand this hotel to experience the Spirit of friendship you can’t find anywhere.

The hotel is new and of the highest standard. It is well staffed and they are polite, attentive and most helpful (but not intrusive). It is in the best location with culinary, sightseeing and shopping precincts at the doorstep. Breakfast is sensational. Very nice hotel located in a great spot in Hanoi just off the lake and on a really quiet street. Staff were amazing and catered to our every need. Rooms were fantastic, I couldn’t fault them! Hanoi is a really busy and traffic filled city so finding a nice place where we could chill and get a quiet nights sleep was so welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel
