Very clean, updated, temperature of the whole place was amazing. Pool area was really warm, hot tub was hot, maybe the only downfall, between the super warm area and the water, it was overly hot for me. And I'm cold All the time. But beautiful place and stay.

Staff was super friendly. Pool is open until midnight so the kids loved that! Hot tub a little too hot. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping checked on us in the morning. I didn’t need any service but did get fresh washcloths from her.

We booked this hotel specifically so our kids could swim for their birthdays. Unfortunately, the pool was closed each time we attempted to use it. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told there was an issue with the pool chemicals. As a result, the pool was not open on Saturday evening or Sunday morning prior to our departure. The front desk staff were unable to provide a clear timeframe for when the pool would reopen and indicated that it was unlikely to be available during our stay. This was particularly disappointing since access to the pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel for our visit.

I recently moved to the Johnston area and stayed here 8 nights while waiting for my new place to be ready to move in. The entire place was clean, the room was spacious and quiet. Every staff member I came across was helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff made sure I had everything i needed and they all were very sweet! The only thing i would say needs work is the breakfast. Not many options to choose from but it was always hot/fresh and did its job! I would definitely stay here again and it will be my top recommendation when family and friends come to visit!
