Our experience at Casa Playa Blanca was terrible. One of the guests took one of our devices and did not return it until the police was called. Additionally, Casa Playa Blanca charged me twice for my stay. It has been weeks and they have still not refunded my money. They are unresponsive to messages and calls not only by me but by Expedia support staff as well. Awful hotel!

Overall the property was awesome. Its a small with only 10 rooms I believe so very quiet however the place next to us had great nightlife if you are looking for this. Staff does not really speak English but they did the best to help us and even escorted my husband to the medical clinic after he slipped and ripped a toenail off ☹️ There was no hot water and staff does not clean your room while you stay. We were there for 5 days and had to ask for clean towels daily. It wasnt an issue for us but could be a dealbreaker for others

I got a room with a view of the beach and it was breathtaking. The pool was the perfect temperature. The woman that walked me to my room was really professional and nice, it made me feel welcomed.

Our stay at Casa Play Blanca was unique due to the attentiveness and efficiency of the staff. Wilbur is an excellent host. He made sure our stay was comfortable and positive. My family and I did not lack any services during our visit. Lizbeth was just as friendly and efficient. Our complimentary breakfast was always delicious every morning. The views of this place are breathtaking. Amenities are few but with the oceanfront view, you won't miss a thing. The hotel does not offer shuttle services, but getting around town is not difficult. There are several places to eat within walking distance. My family agreed we would come back to stay here again.

We travelled as a family here for 4 days. The house was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and so so kind! The area is great, very close to Sunset Park and El Majahual beach which has lots of shopping, food, horse back riding etc.

It’s incredibly hard to find in a trashy and very sketchy area. The staff are extremely unfriendly and very condescending. You’ll immediately lose trust in this place. The pictures you see on Expedia do not represent the actual establishment nor do the features they say they have, it’s a fraud. One of the employee admitted that the owner does it on purpose just to get your money. Don’t come here and get ripped off like I did, if you do you’ll remember this review and the others like it.
