The front desk staff were wonderful but they have an old dude for night security who is a disrespectful bully. The room door knob is difficult to open and should be replaced. The room was dated but fairly nice. The fridge, microwave and TV worked just fine.

Every single time we exited the room, we had to go get a new key because our key would no longer allow us to get in our room. I told them that I needed an accessible room because I'm an amputee and have to use a wheelchair when I book the room and they had none available. Every time we would get In and Out of the bed, it would roll across the room. There were sugar ants all over everything. So we could not leave our snacks on the counter. We had to keep them in our car. If I could give it a lower score than one star, I would. The only positive thing I can say was that the maintenance person was very helpful.

Staff did not answer when called, room was gross, bugs on the ground. Smelt of cannabis and mildew. Window sills were dirty and dusty. Bathroom was dirty. Everything that you can think of being bad was bad.

Check-in was great. Love the staff the room was dirty. The door was dirty. I had to clean that. The room was very dusty. I had two shampoos in the room instead of shampoo condition, lotion. I have been in the cleaning industry for 14 years in my rooms have never looked like this. They need to put more love into the rooms.

First off, nothing about the place looked like the photos on the website. I arrived a bit early and was told my room wasn’t ready and to come back at 3pm. When I did return, the door was locked with a hand written note taped to it saying “Out for lunch.” I then proceed to look elsewhere but quickly found out there was nothing in the area available because of it being Valentine’s Day. Once I was forced to return, I discover that the one elevator did not work, the tv remote didn’t work, and the entire room was filthy and outdated. The staff were also quite rude. Also, throughout the night I could hear people screaming, coughing, etc. Many shady looking people lingering about made me feel ill at ease and unsafe.

The dirt in some areas had been there for some time, the bed sheets had visible stains. But the cockroaches crawling on the beds made it the worst accommodation I have ever experienced

This room was the worst place we have ever stayed. Very filthy. Bugs dead and alive all over. Bed sheets and pillowcases were filthy, stuff on them that could be wiped off by hand, don’t know what it was. Couldn’t move in the room with the placement of the furniture, it was too crowded. It was a very cold night and the heater didn’t work correctly. There was so many things wrong with this place that I can’t even think of everything.

There is no redeeming qualities of this place (I can't even call it a motel). I was with my son, we walked into the room and promptly walked out. We were willing to give the room a shot even though we were discouraged by the outside. The area doesn't feel safe for a single woman and a young boy. The room was worse. It reeked of smoke, so much so that the smell lingered on our clothes from just walking in the room. There were stains everywhere, we were hesitant to touch anything. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom, the TV was on as if someone had been in the room. With the name "Extended Stay" I thought it would be in the family as other Extended Stays and it is definitely not. Hotels.com should not do business with this location whatsoever.
