Good decoration for a historical building and location is convenient as it’s in a downtown. Nice staff and good breakfast. Suggest to ask and get the map of parking area as it’s quite remote to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, breakfast okay, typical. Couldn't regulate a/c or temp, frustrating but central location, clos to all tourst sites.

The room is a bit small for the enormous bed. A smaller bed and more sitting space would be better. Even though we hung up our towels, they were replaced, which is not eco-friendly. There is no elevator, so one needs to carry luggage up stairs to get to the room. Breakfast (included) was fine. The location is very good, within easy walking distance of both the upper and the lower towns of Zagreb.

Super location for seeing the main square. Very friendly staff, and special mention to Davor who made our stay even better. Great job man! Great coffee at breakfast. Hotel has a lot of charm as expected for an older property. Room AC wasn't working, but not a huge issue - we just opened a window on an evening.

Excelente local de hospedagem, no meio do centro turístico de Zagreb, todos passeios feitos a pé. Hotel muito confortável, com bom café da manhã. Único porém ~e não ter elevador, tudo por escadas, mas me deram quarto no primeiro andar. Voltaria tranquilamente.

The hotel is in prime location, very convenient to go around. Staff is very nice and friendly. However there was sewage smell in the bathroom and won't go away. Think this is more the issue of the city sewage system, as we smelled the same in other places in Zagreb.

Lovely hotel , brilliant central location, very friendly and helpful reception staff especially Mia, Dana, and Mr D. Great breakfast in a lovely dining room. Very comfortable bed. Great WiFi for our iPads and mobiles (however poor for the television which only had online channels so unable to watch). Overall a fantastic small beautiful hotel, thank you
