Accueil excellent , hotel tres confortable avec lacces piscine hamam sauna superbe , reception excellente , mais le restaurant malgré une vue remarquable est à fuire . En effet le serveur est incompetent et débordé avec seulement dix couverts . Verifier bien votre note .et plus de dessert a 21h45 car cuisine fermée alors que vous etes en train de manger . Hier ist eine gekürzte und dennoch scharf formulierte Bewertung: Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden – leider ein großer Fehler. Die Umgebung ist heruntergekommen und verdreckt, unser gebuchter „Sehenswürdigkeiten-Blick“ bestand aus Baracken und Ruinen. Schlaf war hier unmöglich: Zwei Nächte in Folge wurden wir um 3 Uhr morgens von einem lauten Feueralarm geweckt – beide Male ein Fehlalarm. Nach einer schlaflosen ersten Nacht wechselten wir das Zimmer, doch in der zweiten Nacht wiederholte sich das Drama. Die „Entschädigung“? Ein schlechtes Frühstück oder ein „kostenloser“ Flughafentransfer, der uns laut WhatsApp-Nachricht letztlich doch 60 € kosten sollte – obwohl ein normales Taxi nur 30 € kostete. Fazit: Kein Schlaf, keine Entspannung und der Versuch, Gäste abzuzocken. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Most of the staff people were very friendly and the rooms and view was very nice BUT this is the most unprofessional hotel i’ve ever stayed at. There was an incident where my friend lost her wallet and we called 10 times at the hotel front desk and nobody ever replied. Then when we departed from it I asked a business invoice which they told me okay and 2 months later i still don’t have the invoice. I had to contact them 2 times in order to ask again and again they kept telling me they’ll get back to me and they never did which is super unprofessional and shows lack of responsibility towards customers

Bro did an amazing job of taking care of my needs, while I was there, all the historical sites are in perfect range of the hotel, the last day when I was about to leave one of the staff members was not going to let me eat and Salih let me eat for free, if your looking for a place to stay, The Hotel Galatas is the place, the terrace is immaculate

Great hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic varied breakfast. Easy transport system to the centre. Ate out in the hotel area of Galata rather than the centre as less touristy. A welcoming and clean hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. It is an easy walk to the metro station. All the major attractions in Istanbul are easy to get to either walkable or with public transportation. We used the pool and spa facilities, it was great after a busy day exploring the city.
