I was really hopeful this hotel would be better but it was awful. The clean towels were gray and dirty, the AC wasn’t working correctly the first night and there’s no window. I wish it had been better but it was awful. A waste of $300

I had to step over the toilet to take a shower. And to poop my legs had to be as wide as they could because there was less then 6 inches from the wall to the front of the toilet. Way over paid ar $102 a night.

This place is disgusting and scary. Impossible to go to the bathroom sitting straight on the toilet. Have to step over the toilet to get in the shower. I thought I was going to die from inhaling the fumes in the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY LIVING THING

I accidentally booked this motel when I was in a rush. This place was so scary to be at. I checked in and then left after seeing that my door to the room didn’t even shut all the way and there was gaps in the door. No blinds in the bathroom just a little curtain u could see through. It was beyond sketchy.

The room was clean, however, we couldn't get the heater to work. It was totally clogged with dirt and lint. The showers are smaller than a pantry. The internet was horrible. People kept knocking on our doors throughout the night. The water would never get hot. And there is a very loud train going by alot. I feel that we had to pay way too much for the room that we received.

Too bad Expedia does not vet their vendors. This place is unlivable and should be condemned by the Dept of Health and demolished. The room was filthy and gross, and the parking lot looks like it hadn't been paved since the War of 1812. I could not stay in the room for more than 10 minutes without vomiting. I actually had to return to my vehicle to figure out how to reach out to Expedia to request a refund. I returned the key to the front office and asked for a refund because I could not stay if they could not guarantee my health and safety...which was refused. I took a few photos that I shared with Expedia Support and with you here so you can see the dilapidated building, filthy walls, dirty floor, the marked up and damaged "kitchen" appliances, whatever is on the ceiling that is torn and in disrepair, the poorly patched and filthy walls. I couldn't stay long enough to photo the disgusting bathroom where there was a single bath towel that looked like it was used to clean at least five car engines before being placed on the bathroom rack. If you like wallowing in filth and don't mind throwing money away, by all means, stay here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places that won't jeopardize your health. Their positive reviews HAVE to be paid shills. There is NO WAY anyone can genuinely rate this place as "Excellent" and their responses to the negative comments are rude and insulting to the guest instead of responding with any humility or taking any responsibility.

Run Run Run.AWAY FROM THIS DUMP

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Parking was nonexistent. The rooms looked NOTHING like Hotels.com website. If I had wanted to take a shower I would have had to literally climb over the toilet to get to the shower. I had to do my business and literally had to sit on the toilet sideways because there was not enough room between the toilet and the wall..
