This was for our first night in Iceland and what a welcome. Brand new hotel, very clean. Excellent service on every front, from check-in, dining, room cleanliness, all the way to check out. Breakfast was perfect with a lot of variety.

Loa is a brand new hotel - our first night was their opening day. They had a few touch-up things still on the go but the hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Spotless and comfie oasis in Iceland!

Wow! What a gem! This was a fav hotel as it was so clean and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the private bathroom was large and modern. In the evening, the bar in the hotel was amazing! Filip the bar manager had multiple Icelandic draft beers available and dreamy cocktails that were so creative! There were even happy hour discounts on drinks too! The breakfast spread was vast. Eggs, multiple meats, juices, fruit, etc. They even allow guests to use the digital coffee machine that dispenses pretty much any type of coffee beverage you want—latte, mocha, espresso, etc. You can’t go wrong with a stay here!!

Super lækkert nyt hotel. Vi overnattede 4 nætter. Spiste på restauranten på hotellet. Lille menukort, men helt vildt lækkert og meget anbefalelsesværdigt. Super service fra Patricia og Eva som ydede perfekt service ift rengøring og små sedler. Tak for et dejligt ophold👍

It was great, the hotel is brand new that there still have that new wood smell. Simple aesthetics, clean rooms. Good selection of breakfast. Not much facilities than restaurant though. I wish they put at least one or two local tv channel as I want to know what shows Icelandic people watch. They are mostly mostly american channel. If I want to watch them, I just stay at home.

Nice hotel with some small drawbacks

Amazing hotell, a little bit of location wise but close to adventures on the south-east coast. The hotel is very new and nice, a bit dark as they turn down the lightning. The only negative was the staff, or parts of. Some of them were polite and friendly but most of them looked grumpy and did not even say hi. One guy looked like an angry thug looking for a fight :) Overall a nice hotel

Excellent place

Everything was pretty much excellent. Super nice staff :) only few thing they could do better is related to the breakfast (which was included to the price that was also quite fine for Iceland): they could add labels to the foods. On the other hand there were a great selection of foods and also vegan options so I can only recommend this place highly.

Stayed three days. Really nice hotel. Quiet location. Nice sized rooms and good bed, linen and pillow. Staff very nice. Got very hot one day in room. Staff quickly brought fan and helped open window. Nice breakfast and only complaint is bacon really needed to cook substantially longer. At least some of it should be done. Would certainly stay again.

This property is gorgeous! The rooms were so sleek and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower heads were great also! We enjoyed a nice drink at the bar in the evening. My only complaint was that the thermostats were confusing and the room was very warm.
