This was one of the most frustrating stays I’ve had. The entire process felt unnecessarily complicated, and I constantly had to call for assistance with things like parking access and entering the property. The app was unreliable, and throughout my stay I repeatedly needed access codes just to get inside. Guests who are not comfortable using apps or technology may have a very difficult time here. Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient, and I would not choose to stay here again.

My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!!

I enjoyed the self check in and out mobile app along with the gate code access ease to safely enter and exit the condo complex without having to rely upon any other person. The guest service team for St. Petersburg was also very friendly and quick at their response time!! Thank you for your hospitality !!! Martha

Booked a bigger room for more money when we arrived for check in we got into the room and it was dirty from the last person beds not made food and trash in the trash cans towels dirty and all over the room was not cleaned so then we told them and they put us in a small crappy nasty room with no discount nothing was there for 5 days was the worst not including having 4 different apps you have to download to try and get in the building that’s is not easy to do definitely will not ever stay here spend a little more money and go somewhere else

We were Not welcomed. We were scolded at the door by the security guard who said they could not help us. So we called the customer service number and it took over 39 minutes to get into the room. This was not hospitality. The room was Ok, the walk and the parking were not ideal but we could not access the doors through Cellgate app … ever.

Absolutely awful service. I have had over 200 nights with hotels.com and this is the first time I complain. Booked weeks ahead, cancelled me on the day. Said it was availability then when I called they said it was because I didn’t complete a pre-registration. Which they never sent to me. Later on I saw they had availability for different type of room so I rebooked (using a US cell number), received pre registration where you have to provide a huge amount of personal information. They then cancelled me again. And despite this they let both bookings remain as confirmed in hotels.com and so it took a complaint to have this rectified.

Absolutely horrible customer support service. I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code. He gave me another number to call, where I wason hold for forever and when I requested a call back, never got the call back. I had to just go and find another place to stay, because no one gave me the code for the door... horrible experience. There're plenty of places to stay in the area with better cleaner apartments and actually helpful staff, don't go though the headache with Landing.

Our holiday could have been ruined if we hadn’t checked out early from The Wayland. The property was **shockingly unclean**, with **small cockroaches** and **tiny black insects** that left painful bites—not mosquitoes. The entrance designated for guests, primarily used by dogs, was **overwhelmed by the stench of urine**—hardly a welcoming first impression. The **digital entry system was unreliable**, often failing due to poor signal, leaving us stranded outside multiple times. Communication was nonexistent; never responded nor offered an apology for the situation. Due to the **filthy conditions**, we had no choice but to purchase our own cleaning supplies and towels, as everything provided was unsanitary. We even had to wash and change the bedding. The building’s **strong perfume** seemed intended to **mask the lingering odours of both dogs and cannabis**. What truly tipped us over was returning to The Wayland only to find **dog feces left outside the lift by the owner, completely unattended**—a final confirmation of the sheer disregard for cleanliness and hospitality. Overall, this was **the worst accommodation we’ve ever experienced**—misled by deceptive photos and misleading reviews. If you value cleanliness, reliable entry, and basic hospitality, **avoid The Wayland at all costs**.
