We were in town to see the Cubs/Rays game. This was our second time staying there. Wonderful hotel. Close to everything. And shuttle to the Tropicana Field was a bonus!

It was a good hotel to stay in while in town to see a Rays game. 20 minute walk to the stadium, but they do offer a free shuttle to the game. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars downtown.

Wonderful visit to St Petersburg. The Avalon met all expectations. Room clean and comfortable. Additonal amenities at sister hotel next door were very nice as well the restaurant have great food at reasonable price. Patio sesting comfortable. Pool was very nice. All staff were helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The building is older but very clean. They proved a shuttle to and from our venue (baseball game). The their sister hotel next door had a nice bar and coffee shop. I would definitely stay again.
