位置滿方便的，在一個熱鬧的小巷子，走過巷子離有名的Pho 10不遠。飯店本身算是乾淨但略顯老舊跟照片上不太一樣，只住一晚來說還可以，冷氣聲音很大。工作人員親切。

I don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel. It is more of a 2 star hotel. The sound proof of the hotel is really bad. I heard someone knocking on something at midnight at one of the nights. And I heard someone talking every morning around 6:30. The building needs renovation. One room We booked, there was a small crack on the door where people can slightly see inside the room. And there was a head of a toothpaste used by a former guest in the corner of the sink.

What I truly appreciated about the hotel was its perfect location, nestled right in the heart of the old quarter near the hoan kiem lake. Despite the lively surroundings, the hotel itself offered a peaceful retreat. More importantly, the friendly staff were always ready with a smile and helpful advice for moving around Hanoi and booking tours.

It will be hard to find a place with friendlier and more helpful staff. Everyone was truly amazing and the breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations. The rooms were very clean and the bed super comfortable. We would definitely recommend to stay here, amazing value for money if you book well in advance .

The hotel is really nice and located just in the city centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect, but what makes the hotel really stand out is its staff. Everyone was kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was the most comfortable. One of the best experience me and my friends ever had. The breakfast was delicious and offered a large amount of options. Definitely recommended, it will definitely be our top choice in case we are going to be back to the city.

I thought the staff was excellent, extremely attentive and were available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were able to fortunately get an upgrade which was an unexpected treat. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options and the waiting staff was top-notch. The front desk, similarly, does a top-notch job of providing guidance and recommendations about the notable locations in the area.

Wonderful Stay at Indichine Premium Hotel! I had a fantastic stay at Indochine Premium Hotel in Ha Noi. A big thank you to the entire team – the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the bell boy was always so attentive, and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the waiters made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service from start to finish – I highly recommend this hotel!
