Only for a night stay and not suitable for family

The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)

The room was clean and despite having no window (which we knew about before our stay) it was a pleasant temperature throughout with the Aircon. The staff were lovely and made sure we were happy with the room. My only complaint was the fact there was no kettle in the room and you had to go to a machine down stairs and pay £2.50 for a cup of tea. We were not aware of this, I've never stayed in a hotel in the UK without tea and coffee making facilities. This would probably put me off staying again which is a shame as otherwise the stay was perfect.

Comfy room with a nice shower. The room comes with shampoo and conditioner, which is handy. Great location. My only issue was how noisy other guests were, I was woken up every night by people shouting in the corridor. It’s a risk you take with cheap hotels in city centres, but if you want a good sleep then consider somewhere else.

Chambre très petite, impossible de defaire ses valises. Salle de bain minuscule, système à l'italienne. Tout est trempé, on ne peut pas emmener de drap de bain dans la salle de bain. Ok pour un week-end, c'est très propre. Mais pour une semaine, comme nous, ce nest pas génial. Heureusement, il a fait plutôt beau, donc nous n'y avons pas passé beaucoup de temps.

Room is always great the room is very spacious and has what i need. Staff are always welcoming and help when needed as i had a few bags and one member always helps as sometimes the lift is out of service. Its a great stay for anyone coming out of birminghsm nirminghsm

I had a pleasant stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. The hotel was very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were helpful when I had trouble with the room temperature on arrival, and they sorted it out quickly. Housekeeping were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

The room was ok but very small, bumped into the tv everytime i walked past, hated the wet room shower everytime i washed the whole toilet, sink everywhere was soaked, lift was working for the two nights we stayed so up and down from the top floor.
