“Good hotel”

Nice room, good bed. View from balcony awful (probably wasn't when the hotel was built but definitely not worth extra money). I was excited to see there was a Japanese toilet but unfortunately, the only thing that worked was the heated seat. None of the other buttons worked but we were only there for 1 and a half days so...

Great location, great room, and great service.

We stayed here for 5 days, and we were very satisfied. The room price was incredibly affordable for a 5-star rated hotel. The city view isn't that exciting, so I'd recommend the riverside view for people who are planning to stay more than 2 nights for some change.

“Excellent stay”

The staff were very kind and responsive. They worked efficiently to check us in quickly and smoothly during a busy time. Location is great, we walked to restaurants nearby, the War museum was nearby as well. The hotel had everything we needed and more; the infinity rooftop hotel is a must. Our room was very clean and spacious. Each time we entered the lobby an iced tea drink was ready for us. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Avoid - Property not as listed

We rented the luxury as a family. Got there the apartment condition has a lot of broken furnishing and floors are not clean. When issue was raised to Hotels.com, the property owner decided to kick us to the street unless we accept room change for the last night out of 3 nights of the stay. They threatened us that we have to accept their change on the very last night. We accepted it which was much better condition but still no where close to the condition of the pictures and listings Also the use of pool and gym is restricted to only when the property staff is awake because they need to beep you in manually Overall, avoid this property at all cost

Hotels.com failed us miserably

Do not book! This is privately owned and they can do whatever they wish. We arrived on time for checkin at 2pm and the room was a total mess with smoke oder. We waited for somr crew to come to clean for an hour just waiting for them. The chair had dirty and oder. The room does not even look 50% of what was advertised. Not sure why it has the name luxury landmark when it looks like a dirty motel. The staff ask for our keys back if we don't like it and they didnt give a release to hotels.com for our refund and took us four days and still no resolution. Hotels.com taking the owner aide because they said we booked a non refundable booking. This was so unfair as we did not get the room we were advertised and didnt even stay.
