The hotel is well maintained and the staff was very helpful. No A/C but we were provided a fan for each room which helped at night. We highly recommend visiting Dover and staying at Premier Inn. Great first impression for our trip to Europe.

Hotel is getting a bit old now. It was strange that the bed only had a sheet on it. Staff were nice but could do with some training. There was a rowdy car club group doing a charity run that kept everyone awake most of the night and early morning but other than that it was ok.

Lovely views across the harbour from our room. The room was quite warm as the window has a restricting opening safety device. A good fan had been added thankfully. Breakfast was great - plentiful and varied. Staff were all lovely. It was in a good position to access restaurants and pubs.

While it is probably the hottest summer on record in Britain, and they are not used to that, it would have been nice if they had air conditioning. Still, they provide powerful oscillating fans in our rooms, so it wasn't too bad.
