The host, Valerija, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. When my flight got cancelled, she helped me in booking an extra night without any hassle and even provided a detailed invoice that I needed for the airline. She also helped arrange an airport transfer on very short notice when my flight was rebooked, which made a stressful situation much easier. The room itself was very clean and tidy. One of my favorite details was opening the patio door to the garden, and the fresh, pleasant scent of the greenery really made the space feel special. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. One thing to note is that if you leave food out in the room, ants will find it quickly. However, as long as all food is stored in the shared kitchen, this isn’t an issue at all. The location is convenient, with a small supermarket right next door and a slightly larger one just down the hill, which is even open on Sundays until the evening.There’s also a bus stop down the hill about a 4-minute walk away. Bus number 8 runs from there and goes directly to the Old Town. If you prefer walking, the Old Town is about 2.5 km away. The route is mostly flat and downhill, making it a very pleasant and scenic walk. The surrounding area is generally quiet, although you may occasionally hear some traffic when larger vehicles pass by. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Jele Rooms to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Had a lovely stay at the Jele Rooms while we were in Dubrovnik for 5 days. The property was clean, with good facilities. Had a lovely balcony with a nice view where we enjoyed our breakfasts. Jele Rooms had a great location with 2 supermarkets, a bakery (smelt amazing & great tasting fresh bakery items), pizza restaurant (delicious thin & crispy pizza & friendly staff) & bus stop all within a couple minutes walk away. We also walked to the old town most days which was an easy route & only took about 30 mins. Staff of Jele Rooms were very helpful & we received great communication for check in details, recommendations etc

Property was about a 30 minute bus ride from the Old Town and was in a quiet location with a bakery and bus stop nearby. Many restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay in the Jele rooms. We met both people staying in the rooms next to us and they were also lovely. It was a bit of a walk to the old town but was easy to get Ubers. Excellent stay. Valerija is a very pleasant, helpful and efficient person. She was a just a call away and was always ready to help. She picked us up from the airport, accommodated us in a comfortable apartment, helped us with directions, printed our documents and allowed us to use our room long after check out time. The hotel is easy to get to and tours leave from a few steps away. Enjoyed our stay....will strongly recommend.

I had the small studio #5 and it was just what I needed for a few days on my own. It was super clean, had air-con, cute little kitchen with basic equipment and a fridge, comfortable bed. There is a small supermarket next door and is a 15 min walk to bas station, 30 mins walk to old town. I didn't meet the owner but communication and the checking in/out process was fantasic!

Stayed April 24 in room 7. Good location in a quieter area. Lovely views from the balcony - perfect for sitting out with a bottle of wine. Walkable into the old town or bus is just a few minutes walk away (recommend the Dubrovnik card which give you free buss access for the duration the walls/museums) little shop is almost next door for basic provisions and the shared kitchen is ideal. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this as great value for money. 10/10 from us!

1. Reception were responsive and clear via email with self check-in instructions, as we had a night arrival time on day 1 2. Jele Rooms is less than 5 minutes walk to/from the bus stop which services Dubrovnik Old Town in one direction, and the main bus station (we caught the bus to Dubrovnik Airport from here) and one of the ferry ports in the other 3. The room space and bathroom were generous and was sufficient for 2 guests each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 4. Common kitchen area allowed us to shop at the local supermarket, and cook meals - there is a stove, oven and fridge 5. There is an outdoor balcony with seating for 2 and a small hanger for drying clothes

Jele room gave us everything we needed. The property was very clean and ideally situated. Valerjia was exceptional as a host and looked after us very well indeed. She arranged transfer for us on arrival to Dubrovnik airport and even took us back at the end of our stay. We love walking and Dubrovnik did not disappoint! The old town is magical and within walking distance (30 min walk). Lots of lovely sights and above all, very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Jele rooms and Valerija was a delight! Super communication throughout. You will not be disappointed if you book there. Thank you Valerjia!
