I had a terrible experience at Santuaria Hollywood and had to leave immediately after checking in. This property is nothing like the photos or the description provided online. False Advertising: I booked a "Garden View" room. In reality, the window was completely blocked by a portable AC exhaust tube and broken blinds. There was no view at all. Health Hazard: Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire place smelled heavily of stale smoke. It was unbearable and unacceptable. Condition of Room: The room was in very poor shape, felt cramped, and looked nothing like the professional photos used to lure guests. Location Misrepresentation: The description of the nearby area is completely wrong. It felt misleading and unsafe compared to what was promised. I didn't even stay for 15 minutes. I had to pay for a second hotel last minute because this place was uninhabitable. This is a classic "bait and switch" and an unfair business practice. Avoid this place at all costs!

First of all this is NOT a motel..it is someone’s house. They canceled my reservation but didn’t notify me. I showed up at 10pm to register but the older man, Brandon, stated he was the manager and that a refund had been issued. I notified Hotel.com and was advised that the reservation was active and no refund was coming. They then contacted the manager whose name now was Jose and he told them I had canceled because I hadn’t liked the room! He flat out lied and I have not seen a refund.

It’s a trap. Out of building code. Nothing like it’s announced on the hotels.com. No Sanctiary, it’s a nightmare.room 8x10, no windows, AC share with the house, a house that was modified out of construction code. Not safe at all. Be aware!

The worst experience of our lives. The worst part is that I filed a complaint with Experian, and they didn't give me a refund, not. The place is nothing like what's shown in the pictures, not even close. To access it, you have to call a number first, where they then give you a code and a new location that isn't the address they initially advertised. When we arrived my husband wouldn't let me get out of the car, so he went in himself. He found four men who looked very suspicious sitting out front smoking, and not exactly tobacco or cigarettes, and one of them was even armed. Without a doubt, he got back in the car, and we left. I filed a complaint, and nothing happened. We had to make a new reservation at another hotel. BTW, we are platinum experian member 😩😅

My room had a nest of 10,000 ants at the bed and in the bed. You don’t have your own room actually, my room shared an open window space with the person next to me, and the snoring was the loudest I’ve heard in my life. Could not sleep all night. I am filing for a refund!

This stay did not meet expectations. The room description was misleading. It’s more like a hostel with some privacy, and the room was extremely small. I think I counted 10 total “rooms” in this single family home. Noise was a major issue, with another guest blasting videos at 2 AM, forcing me to leave by 4 AM. I also had someone walk into my room while I was inside, which felt unsafe. The shared bathrooms were not clean. Parking is $10 and this was not disclosed. Only suitable if you need a quick place to sleep.

No hay personal , me dieron una habitación más pequeña , colchón malo, realmente una cochinada, sin utensilios en cocina y una atención malísima,también no me dieron la contraseña correcta de la puerta principal y por la madrugada tuve que esperar afuera por mucho tiempo hasta que alguno de los inquilinos abrió la puerta, en esa misma noche no pude dormir ya que había una mujer llorando en el pasillo y los demás inquilinos consumiendo licor y con mucha bulla de verdad que fue una experiencia terrible

my friends bag was stolen on the first day he arrived he is 81 years old, the stay is for only a small room with locks and codes on the door and a code to access the front door. They asked me for a photo ID so they have my drivers license now and my friends drivers license. I think we will be making a police report very soon. Not worth the money at all. Don't stay here it felt unsafe from the moment he walked in there. he had no other place to stay so he stayed quietly in the room in fear the whole time..
