The best hotel I've stayed at since I've started traveling to Japan. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service, if desired. There's an assortment of airport shuttle buses that drop you off right by the hotel. The area is surrounded with shops and restaurants that almost never end. The Chiba Chuo station being right near the main hotel lobby makes it beyond a fantastic spot to stay!

Hotel is located in the heart of Chiba within walking distance to many shopping malls and restaurants. The city itself is mostly locals, and the people are friendly. It has many establishments like Tokyo but without the crowds which made it a more relaxing experience.

Things ok. Room a bit old but clean and tidy. Staff are friendly but one of them (doesn’t look like native Japanese) just split outside the hotel in front of a customer….. Another issue is the arrangement of breakfast between hotel.com and the hotel. We booked as a family with breakfast included but hotel insist our 3 years old kids is not included and we have to pay at hotel for this. Not very reasonable.

Really decent location that is directly situated at the Chiba chuo line, and a less than 10 min walk to the Chiba main station (theres a covered walkway open from ~10am to 10pm). Staff are friendly and the Annex building was new and clean.

Absolutely loved the Annex hotels, they were definitely spacious. Mattress are a little firm but, the blankets and pillows are really soft. Bathroom were nice and clean. Staffing was so very polite and helpful. Would book with hotel again if I’m ever in Chiba.
