Our stay at Nove Guest House was really pleasant, the location was great, safe and clean. Fulvio (i'm sorry if I misspelled it) was super attentive and accommodating he took the time texplain everything very detailed and in English. He also gifted us a bottle of rose champagne upon our arrival. We really enjoyed our time there and i'm sure you'll too.

Our host Fluvio was an absolute gem! Fresh Prosecco while checking in, helped us with our bags, showed us the room. We felt very secure at the hotel and our room. We enjoyed a further bottle of Prosecco while hanging out in our cute room before heading out for dinner. Location was perfect! Walkable to anything and everything. Taxi service prompt within 2 min of calling.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay in Florence at Nove Guest House. It was located centrally so it easy to walk around and get to where we wanted to go to. Fulvio was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and when asked for recommendations Fulvio provided us with a detailed list of restaurants, and bars. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great. This was our favorite place we stayed on our trip around Italy. We would absolutely return again!

Checking in was a breeze. Leonardo was very helpful and made us feel at home. The shower never had hot water — couldn’t even get it to like warm for a few showers. Location was great!

This was such a great find in Florence! Fulvio was so very kind and helpful the whole time. The room was clean, charming, comfortable and large (especially for Europe). The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere, but safe and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a fantastic, large comfortable room in the middle of Florence. Our host Fulvio was very responsive and helped us with a late check in. The room itself was clean and well maintained, couldn't have asked for more.
