The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com
I had to find new accommodations in an emergency because I did not feel comfortable at this place. Hotels.com and the host refused to reimburse based on this misrepresentation of the accommodations and conditions. Very upsetting.
