Everything was as expected from a five star hotel,the staff extremely polite and friendly, the service was excellent so was the food. could not find anything negative about the hotel nor the area. Few swimming pools, spa. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

From arrival to check out, the service provided in this hotel was incredible. Particularly, the restaurant staff were so efficient and always very attentive. The buffet always had a great selection and was always of a high quality. Kolombya itself didn’t have much open in April, but you could easily not leave the resort. We will certainly be returning.

The Atlantica Imperial had everything we needed and wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff are amazing, always service with a smile. We elected for half board dining and we enjoyed every delicious meal. The quality and choice of food was first class. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was just right for a great nights sleep. They have different pillow options should you require a softer or harder pillow. Will definitely consider a return in 2025.

I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst enjoying holidays.

- Teils unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, bis wir Nicole von der Rezeption trafen. Sie war top. - Checkout war schrecklich, wir mussten 35 Minuten auf das Taxi warten. Jedesmal meinte ein junger Mitarbeiter, das Taxi käme in 5 minuten. - Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht in allg. Räumen wie Gänge und Speisesaal. Es war zu heiss. - Sandstrand nicht gleich Sand. Nur bei den Liegen. Vor und im Meer grosse Steine. Liegen waren immer besetzt. Wir sahen das die Liegen an andere Gäste, welche nicht vom Hotel waren, vermietet wurden gegen Bezahlung. Und wir vom Hotel hatten keinen Platz. Sehr schade. - Früstück ist bis 10:30 Uhr, es wird bereits um 10:00 Uhr beim Buffet teils abgeräumt. Um Punkt 10:30 Uhr ist die Türe geschlossen. Sehr schade. - Sauberkeit war mittelmässig, der Pool war nicht sauber. In den Gängen hat es Insekten. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber. - Bett war bequem. Lage vom Zimmer war ruhig. - Das Essen im Agora Restaurant war sehr fein. - Spa Center, sehr teuer, überhöhte Preise. Minimalistische Ausstattung. Preise werden je nach Lust und Laune angegeben. Preisliste wird erst nach mehrmaligem Fragen ausgehändigt.

Not worth the price

Staff was great. We had issues with the ac which management knew about before we came but still charge people regular price! $15 a day fee isn’t explained before you come which they happily tell you that you must pay this at checkout. First room we got had stains all over furniture that staff forgot to clean. And the house keeper on several occasions went on the balcony and swept dirt into the pool!!

schöne Auszeit

Wir waren vom 2 bis 9 Juli zu Gast. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Sehr freundliches Personal, vom Front Desk bis zum Zimmermädchen. Was wir positiv hervorheben können das Essen. Ein sehr grosses und reichhaltiges Frühstück, sowie Mittagessen. Als Top können wir aber das hauseigene Restaurant Ginger und Mylos, welche nicht nur durch ihre Optik punkten, sondern auch mit der Qualität des Foods. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist wirklich grossartig—Ein grosses Dankeschön und Kompliment dafür!!! Was uns aber überhaupt nicht gefallen hat und wir auch absolut nicht verstehen können, dass ein 5* Hotel dies zulässt bzw. nicht reagiert, ist dass es Gäste gibt, die vor dem Frühstück Liegen mit dem Badetuch besetzten, sodass, man als normaler Gast um 10 Uhr morgens keine Chance hat irgendwo eine Liege zu bekommen. Dies sollte man unbedingt in den Griff bekommen. Um unsere Ruhe zu haben, mussten wir extra Cabanas hinzumieten und dies ist mit Mehrkosten verbunden. Desweitern konnten die Cabanas auch von nicht inhouse Gästen reserviert werden (ist uns zwei Mal aufgefallen) und dies noch mit Kindern, obwohl ja das Hotel gross mit « Adults Only « auf sich aufmerksam macht.

Great Honeymoon Vacation

It was a wonderful honeymoon experience as a couple. The rooms are great. The food is amazing.The buffet has a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always fresh and of good quality. The snack bar products are very good, they make great gyros. All staff including reception, restaurants and bars are friendly and very smiling. They helped with everything. It can be a bit difficult to find a sunbed on the beach, but there is even a drink service on the beach. Only the nightly entertainment is a bit dull. The Greek night was great. The syrtaki dance was really good. Our rooms were cleaned every day, indeed the rooms and the surroundings are always clean.

We decided to stay at Alantica in Kolymbia for our honeymoon. From the first greeting til our last day at the resort, the staff made us feel super welcome and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Food was brilliant, we went all inclusive and there was lots of variety each day. The room was just perfect, very clean with beautiful views and all the facilities you could need during your stay. Staff were always attentive and helpful. The resort has it's own restaurants and bar which was really handy. We had the most amazing honeymoon in general and hope to return in the future!

Der Service war Super. Wir hatten das Swim-up Zimmer direkt beim Strand. Uns wurden die Getränke direkt an den Zimmerpool gebracht. Jeden Abend gab es eine Show oder Liveband. Die Restaurants waren nach Geschmack in Ordnung. Der Strand hat uns enttäuscht. Kiesel und es ist schnell tief. Also Strandtag eher weniger im Hotel. Das Buffet war lecker und die Lage vom Hotel TOP. würden wieder kommen ins gleiche Zimmer.

Unser Aufenthalt im Atlantica Imperial Resort Adults Only war insgesamt wirklich toll! Die Anlage ist sehr, sehr schön gestaltet sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Ein echtes Highlight: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen eine tolle Überraschung, die den Urlaub gleich noch besser gemacht hat! Auch die Zimmer waren sehr, sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und super komfortabel. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Beim Buffet hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht und etwas „ gehobeneres Essen“. Der Raum ist in Relation zur Gästeanzahl etwas zu klein. Gerade zu Stoßzeiten war es etwas überlaufen, was vermutlich auch an der großen Anzahl an Gästen lag. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
