1, no checking in counter and no clear notice for such big difference, this should written on the top of reminders. 2, Hotel people took more than one hour to come to bring me to the room. 3, Hotel people does not know to speak English at all, if they could not communicate properly, don't manage the international business. 4, No room service at all, only 2 towels for 4 nights. No garbage cleaning. It's terrible. 5, Hotel people added the Wechat App for communication but super slow or no response at all. 6, Pls put this hotel or service apartment in your blacklist, it's way too bad comparing to other ones like Somerset for example.

This felt like a scam basically. Purchased for a stay here. And was never able to get in contact with the owner to even stay at the place. Highly do not recommend. They would respond to the hotel customer service when I reached out through them, but when it came to personally getting in contact with them, I was avoided and ignored. Now I have to work on getting my money back.

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host is extremely kind and friendly. He provided very detailed instructions, offered lots of great local recommendations, provided breakfast and snacks, etc. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh City.

Все удобства в наличии, очень хорошая кровать и классный свет, есть колонка Marshall и телевизор, также крутая ванна. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи. I felt really comfortable during my stay there. The place is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, as it's close to the police headquarters. The whole house is spacious and beautifully decorated. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful.

I loved staying here. D1 is right over the bridge so you're right by it but also tucked out to a semi less busy area with locals which I enjoyed. this place has bunch of amenities and great security. also loved that the convenience store is connected to the building. I had a solid stay and would recommend this place. The property felt safe at all times, which mattered to me, especially coming and going at different hours. Access to the airport was easy and efficient, making travel days low stress. The host was responsive and accommodating. Very clear instructions and lots of information/recommendations. Really nice, clean, spacious and cozy apartment with a good sized bathroom. We made full use of the kitchen by cooking a dinner and 2 breakfasts during our 3 night stay (very well equipped kitchen) We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would recommend to friends and family!

Minha estadia foi ótima! A casa é muito organizada e limpa e o quarto é muito confortável. Uma obra de manutenção estava acontecendo justo de frente para a minha janela causando muito ruído. Isso foi o único ponto negativo, mas totalmente fora do controle da host. Mesmo assim ela decidiu me devolver 30% do valor de cada noite por causa do transtorno. Recomendo fortemente esta estadia. Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt abseits der üblichen Touristenrouten und ist dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön, geprägt von kleinen Häuschen und ruhigen Straßen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ebenso das Zimmer.

The apartment is very cozy and has a great view of the HCMC skyline. It is 20 min drive to the District One. As I always try to avoid staying at a touristy place, this place is perfect for me. I had a great stay. I had my privacy, a separate bedroom and a room with connected open kitchen to work and cook during the day. the service was great, my apartment was cleaned during my stay, garbage emotied and my laundry done within a day. I would definitely come back another time

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön. Alle 3 Tage wird die Unterkunft gereinigt von einer sehr netten Dame. Als wir nach exrta Kissen und einer größeren Pfanne fragten haben wir sie gleich am nächsten Tag bekommen. Das war sehr nett. Viele Cafés in der Nähe und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
