The hotel is a historical hotel so I know there might be some limits to what they alter but it was an uncomfortable experience. The air unit was excessively loud, the windows did not work (ropes they were attached to were broken), we couldn’t close one of the curtains and the television kept blipping on and off. The continental breakfast was also disappointing unfortunately

Hotel has a lot of potential to be a beautiful and historic place, but it is very run down and dirty. No parking and the elevator was broken. Our 60 year old knees had a hard time climbing 4 flights of stairs with our luggage.

Room was ok. The bed was a so soft mattress you sunk clear in..not good. Check in was not good. We booked two room thru expedia and they only had us down for one. Thank goodness they had an extra room but it was not as nice as ours. Bathroom needed work. The man that checked us in was not nice at all. Glad we are here only one night. Wont be back.

Staff never around, no housekeeping, no toilet paper in room and lobby bathroom, restaurant never open, terrible continental breakfast, staff always eating off of it or putting on makeup in lobby bathroom. Not clean. No elevator. No parking. No bellhop. Undisclosed hotel party kept us up all night and took over whole hotel

No longer vintage, just old and rundown

Elevator unusable. The hotel ran out of towels and washcloths before check in and never was able to give them out until the next day. The carpet has large bubbles throughout and needed re-stretched as it was a tripping hazard. No one around to restock the continental breakfast so only bread and butter and one box of cereal available 30 minutes into continental breakfast. The shower slowly ran all night. The shampoo was actually just the hand soap and no washcloth to use the liquid soap on your body. Very difficult to find anyone to talk to for help and no one was able to assist when we did. No longer a vintage hotel, now just an old, run down hotel. One star only as it was just nearly better than sleeping in our car.

There is zero customer service at the Copper Queen Hotel. It is strictly a novelty hotel. Our family was celebrating our mother’s 83rd birthday, we made dinner reservations at the hotel 30 days in advance. When we checked i. for our dinner reservation they had given our table away and then lied to us about it, they told us since they gave away our table they could not accommodate us. Horrible staff

The front desk staff was great but for $200+ per night I was expecting more. The hallways and rooms were kind of grubby. In our room the seal around the toilet was cracked and there was water on the floor. That said, you can’t beat the location so we might give it another chance.

Do not go here! We were unable to checkin because there is NO parking. You are expected to park somewhere in town on your own. The advertisement says self-parking, free self-parking on site. We've traveled a lot and this was an impossible situation. We finally found a spot about 1/2 mile away, but it was raining and there was no way we were going to leave our truck unattended in the crazy situation in Bisbee. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! For the price of the rooms, they should at the least provide a shuttle service to and from a designated parking area. We lost our money, but I hope you don't lose yours.
