When first arrived at the entrance, the decorations are eye attractive which I thought I had found a right hotel. During the check-in process, no double bed was provided. After a lengthy negotiation and produced my email confirmation as a proof of evidence, the reception staff reluctantly gave me a double bed room. (He maybewanted to keep it for other purpose). Upon entering the room, the decoration remains in the year of 60's and the TV set is far beyond the standard nowadays. In the next morning, while I was in the restaurant enjoying the breakfast, the basket for bread was empty, no egg provided, (I saw no egg in the basin), running out of milk (for coffee), all dirty dishes were left on some tables without any staff to take care of. The male captain (suppose to be), stayed outside chatting with other staff leaving a chef walked out from kitchen to clean the table but forgot to refill food for guests. Overall speaking, very disappointing and should not position at Airport area but near market instead.
