The hotel is conveniently located opposite a car park, Billa supermarket and bus stop with frequent buses to the centre of Salzburg, and is clean with nice staff who will help you through your terrible German. The rooms are clean, they could provide shampoo but only body wash is provided. The TV had a lot of channels and the bed was mostly comfortable but slightly on the hard side. Good range of breakfast options, no hot breakfast but plenty of yoghurt, pastries, jams, fruits, cheeses and meats if you’re European, and enough juice and coffee to fill you up for the day ahead. No complaints from me.

Really enjoyable Salzburg stay

This is our second stay in motel one and we'd be happy to use them again. Hotel was in a good location. Bar area is really welcoming. Staff were all good, but a couple of them really excelled and made our stay even better.

We loved it here! The property was very nice. We loved seeing all the dogs staying there too. You’re close to a shopping mall which has everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did speak English as well.
