Not bad experience

The location of the hotel is good , just 10 walk to the station, it is in the side alley so when you walked alone back in the dark it would feel a bit dangerous but the local here look fine and i felt safe all the time. The sound proof of my room is very poor, i always heard ppl talking outside or in their room and it only would be quiet until 0100 am. No air conditioner at all, but i can see heater inside the room(not sure it worked) And the room is quite dull, even i try my best to turn on all the lights in the room , still very dull. maybe that is romantic to some ppl but defintely not for me. bathroom is clean , have heat water but sometime just not very stable. TV is tiny but that is not quite important..no freezer in the room.

Staff were friendly enough. The room was ok but definitely needs some maintenance. There was no warm water from the shower the first day of my stay but it was resolved in the afternoon on my second day. It was nice to be close to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel dont l ambiance est tres agreable, la chambre avait du charme, bonne literie, propre, l exterieur avec piscine tres bien agencé. Idéalement placé, proche du centre ville, du palais royal et des instances europeennes. Quatier vivant, avec plein de bons petits restau. Vraiment tres bien.

Hotel itself was ok, the room was very very dark. We had one window that was basically useless because it went out to a walkway where other guests walked right by and could see in if we had it open. The area the hotel is in is not very nice. Many homeless (I assume?) men on the street walking around, yelling things, standing in shop doorways. Did not feel safe in Brussels at all. We left a day early to stay in Bruges - wish we would’ve skipped Brussels all together. Wasted time and money. Very disappointing. Hotel staff was nice enough.

Great location, near metro and buses. Staff friendly. Quirky hotel, with interesting history and décor to match. Room comfortable and daily service was efficient. Food not tried. Would stay again. Outdoor pool open but not used. Toe dipped great temperature.

1. The rooms are not sound proof. I could hear the walking of inhabitants from room above , noices from the road and all the rooms on the side. I could not sleep well. 2. Despite giving repeated information to reception that the shampoo bottle was not working the issue was not solved . 3. There is not much light in the room despite switching on all the available lights., 4. The tables are not made for working on a computer or laptop aa it is too small. 2.
