Bed cleanliness below standard

At the beginning it was OK, until the next morning, woke up and found the pillow case got some short hair still attached, mean they did not change pillow case, bed sheet etc, blanket also got stain, feel disgusted.

Hesitation about using safety box

This hotel has only six rooms. I stayed for two nights on June 19-21, 2018. I put all valuables including visa card, money, and passport into the safety box all the time until leaving. The strange thing is that there was a transaction it tried to pay by my visa card for twice on the 20th and 24th. Fortunately, the transaction was rejected by the bank. I have some hesitation about security and remind everyone that don’t rely too much on using safety box especially in smaller scale hotels.

Esta muy bonita y amplia. Yo creo mas bonita que en las fotos. Llegamos y el personal muy amable nos acompañó al departamento que escogimos y nos explicó como entrar a la casa y a donde ir a pasear. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dejaron guardar maletas por lo menos para ir a pasear por la playa. Vienen nuestros dos hijos adolescentes y todo ha estado muy bien, aunque solo nos quedamos por un dia.

I stayed in the annex building of Hotel Exclusive. It’s a short walk up the street from the main hotel. The front desk person was very helpful and walked me up to the building. He showed me how everything worked. The room was large and very clean. My main purpose for visiting Agrigento was to go to the Valley of the Temples. The bus stop, which has buses running to both entrances is across from the front door, next to the train station. It could not have been easier. The old town was a five minute walk, which gave many options for dinner. Nice hotel, great location.

The staff was awesome and the hotel was truly impeccably clean . Loved the balcony to sit on and enjoy the night view of the temples . Breakfast looked awesome we were not able to partake as we had to hit the road early ! I loved this sexy little hotel and would stay again .

Give Agrigento a visit - and stay at Exclusive..

We were a little wary as the driver approached the hotel, which is just opposite the train station. However, the staff could not be friendlier, the hotel was super clean and very convenient to everything! Very pleased with out choice of stay at Hotel Exclusive.
