Husband and I went to Waco to meet up with some friends. The location was great. It was close to a hospital, had some good restaurants that would have been within walking distance had it not been at and close to 100°F, and was close to Hwy 35, i.e., a short drive to a lot of places to see and things to do. We ended up extending our reservation another day so we could see more of the area. The hotel itself was great. Between both of us we only came up with 3 complaints: 1. The ice machine was out of order 2. The bed was VERY firm. Neither of those things impacted our stay much. 3. It seems like the AC stops cooling at night. I don't know if they have the system hooked to a movement-activated system, but the room got overly warm in the wee hours of the morning, even with the fan On instead of on Auto. That was the only bad point. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC works very well during the day. The desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. They even had stuff you could borrow if you needed. The list said small and large blenders, rice cookers, games, umbrellas, among other things. Due to COVID, they had to modify breakfast. They had you turn in your order the day before and they would deliver it to your room during the time slot you selected. Also, coffee service is behind the desk instead of where everyone can prepare their own, but there were also 10 or 12 cup coffee makers in the room. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we plan to stay here again.

The staff was top notch - they were kind, courteous, and helpful. The rooms, especially the beds, left much to be desired. The pullout couch was so bad, my oldest son put the mattress from it on the floor and the king mattress for my husband & I wasn't any better. The roll-away cot for my youngest son was the best mattress of the three!

it was very clean, felt like we were the first people to have the room,every thing was organized. we had a GREAT view. people were very nice .

Room was clean & comfortable when we arrived, but we were told to put the trash outside the door due to covid restrictions. We were there 3 days & no trash was picked up. It had begun to stink in the hall. We were also full on the inside of the room as we ate each meal in our suite. We ask for paper towels & were told they would bring some to the room, but none ever came. After leaving I was Super happy with the housekeeping department cause I had Left some items, and they gave me a call & I was able to stop & pick up. Great job!!!! So happy they were not lost forever!! Thanks for being honest & calling me!!!👏👏👏👏👏 First time ever for me to get anything back!!!

All things considered with the COVID virus, we enjoyed our stay, everything was well organized. Came to visit family, we spent time in the pool, we even used the workout room a few times which was very clean, they provided sanitizing wipes and clean towels. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. All guidelines were followed- masks, 6 ft apart. Will definitely return!

During the COVID they made breakfast and brought to your door which is a plus! Lights coming into the room the first night so didnt sleep the next night I asked for additional sheets so I could block the light and was told No. Lady at front desk was rude when asked about changing rooms, 2nd day breakfast was late and same lady was rude about it. Spacious room but the cookware was flaking enamel when cooking in them.

Amazing as always. Always stay here! All staff very pleasant and accommodating not matter whether we are coming out going from the property. Property is always well maintained-clean/quiet and located next to easy access to on and off of local freeways

The hotel was very accommodating, clean, very nice staff and close to restaurants and outdoor mall. A great place to stay.
