Desde el primer momento que nos dieron la habitación, un día jueves, reporté que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La chica de recepción del día viernes no tenia idea de este reporte, volvió a ¨hacer el reporte¨ el mismo día en la noche me notificaron que el día sábado en la mañana iría el técnico (mi ultima noche), para mi sorpresa cuando llegue el sábado el aire acondicionado estaba exactamente igual, seguía dañado. en conclusión todos los días que estuve allí "me dieron el avión" como se dice aquí. Pedí cambio de habitación desde el primer día por este inconveniente y tampoco lo gestionaron. Otro problema que tiene el edificio (supongo) es que el baño en las noches olía a cloaca horrible. muy mal olor insoportable. tenia que colocar todas las toallas húmedas tapando cualquier hueco del baño. Terrible. Lamentable pero a este hotel no volvería. Ubicación excelente, instalaciones aceptables (si te toca una hab. que todo funcione), colchon comodo, sabanas limpias.

Overall good stay but a few issues. TV and refrigerator were not working. Our room was on the first floor and there is considerable noise well past midnight from street level restaurants. The bed and shower were great!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised! The hotel has seen better days. We stayed in room 301. Rust lined the bathroom windowsills, and if you opened the window you were greeted with a very dirty AC unit covered in pigeon droppings. The room was old and dingy, one nightlight did not work. I found spots of blood on one of the pillows. We thought that we were feeling mini earthquakes but checked online and there weren't any reports then realized the building shook every time a truck rolled by. Kinda scary infrastructure. The terrace was closed for construction so hopefully their renovation will do them some good. Customer service was the worst. Being a platinum member, I specifically booked a "VIP" Access room on Orbitz since I had a red eye flight. I messaged the property a week ahead to request an early check if possible. No response. We arrived and ZERO accommodation was made for an early check in but she did tell me (via Google translate) I could could email or WhatsApp them to see if my room was ready and if so the charge would be $400 pesos. It's supposed to be complimentary as a Platinum VIP, but I didn't even go there since it didn't seem like the room would be ready anyway. There was no attempt to even check us into the system and when I returned at 3:15pm, that's when they asked for a security deposit, etc. Inefficient. Another had her boyfriend/friends hanging out in the lobby every evening we arrived. I'm befuddled by the good reviews.

Wonderful hotel and staff. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be right in an excellent neighborhood. Close to great attractions, cute building, friendly helpful staff.

Der stod de tilbød lufthavn transfer, men svarede på min besked, at det gør de ikke. Morgenmaden serveres på værelset pga. ombygning. Der er kun 1 stol på værelset, så man er tvunget til at sidde i sengen og spise. Generelt set meget lydt hotel, en del larm og meget tynde vægge! Personalet er søde og venlige. Men samlet set er lidt skuffende ophold.

I couldn't stay at this property due to trip cancellation. I tried to contact the hotel to see if I can cancel my stay but nobody responds to any messages or emails. They just ignored any communication.

I love the location of this hotel. Close to many many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. I felt safe and it was super quiet. Loved the staff, always attentive and sure to make our stay wonderful. The hotel needs a bit of tender, love, and care but I would book here again if I ever return to Mexico City. Bonus point because the hotel is pet friendly and adults only! ❤️

One of, if not *the* best, hotel stays anywhere. Everyone on staff, from reception, to kitchen, to cleaning crew was extraordinarily professional, nice, and welcoming. 6 out of 5 stars!
