Perfect

Every day hong was perfect and in such great condition and so clean. I love the view the bed, the bathroom and the place smelled so nice. There was a parking garage or a car park next door and it was so convenient to park there the entire day and then walk around. I everyone was so nice too. Would love to stay there longer next time.

Not only is this property extremely comfy, the staff that runs it is all so wonderful! It was nice to end our vacation with Louis hotel being our last accommodation because we got the comfort of having a “home away from home” which we badly needed after traveling for a bit. The staff would drop anything just to tend to our needs, no matter how small or big. Made our stay in Istanbul extra special.

Just returned from an incredible stay at a hotel in Türkiye that truly exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a lively, bubbly area full of shops, cafés, and local charm. Despite the energy outside, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy bed to the modern amenities. What made the stay truly exceptional was the efficient staff. They were always ready with helpful, personalized recommendations, from the easiest routes to walk the hilly streets to fantastic local restaurants and hammams. Each suggestion was a gem and exceeded our expectations. They even helped us do a load of laundry, guided us to the perfect coffee spot for a quick pick-me-up, and offered countless other small services that weren’t officially part of the stay. Everyone went above and beyond. Warm, welcoming, and effortlessly helpful, this hotel was perfect in every sense

Perfect place to stay in an ideal location! It’s on a quiet corner a block from Galata Tower (and about 1000 places selling San Sebastián cheesecake). It’s about 2/3 of the way up in elevation between Karakoy and Taxim, making it a good starting point for exploration. Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to give advice on destinations, places to eat, getting around, or just to provide a cup of coffee. Simay in particular was great! The room was comfortable and clean, bigger than expected, really a junior suite with kitchenette, sitting area and bed in a separate nook, and a much larger bathroom than I usually expect in a boutique hotel. There’s not many amenities other than coffee and tea in the lobby, but everything you may need is within a block or two. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Istanbul!

Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and comfortable. The manager, Tufan, and his staff were very kind and helpful. There is quite a lot of sound transmission within the accommodation. Our room was on the road and many passing cars play music very loudly which at times made the room vibrate. The ubiquitous street dogs have a habit of barking at each other much of the night, something that is hard to escape in Istanbul unfortunately.

Your home in Istanbul

The apartment is located in close proximity to Galata Tower, very cosy and comfortable, clean and warm. Despite the touristy place, it is quiet enough. There are basic kitchen utensils: kettle, coffee machine, cooker, fridge. There is a MigrosJet nearby and other shops with fresh food in case you would like to cook. Very comfortable bed and quality linen. Nice is attention to detail, such as the availability of umbrellas. The reception desk is working, the staff are always very warmly welcoming and were in touch via email and whatsapp before arrival. This is also where you can make coffee and leave your luggage after check out. Close to Galata bridge, Istiklal and public transport (10-15 minutes), but instead of walking uphill from the bridge I would recommend taking the funicular as the height difference is noticeable. What could be improved - the lighting is adequate and quiet, but I prefer brighter one. There is a coffee machine in the apartment but capsules seem to be included in the minibar, although a few a day could be offered to guests at no extra cost. Didn't feel like leaving. If we get the chance to visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here.
