We had an amazing time! We went as a family vacation with 3 kids and it was the perfect location super close to the beach, practically right on the boardwalk. The staff was so friendly, rooms were perfect size, and the tiki bar was a great addition something to do at night while the kids are sleeping. Only thing we’d like to point out was there was a stronger bleach/cleaning product smell when we arrived and some mold in the bathroom and inside the ac. If you can get past that then this place is great for the price. & our host when checking in was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

There are so many hotel/motels on Hollywood Beach at various price points to choose from. We chose this one for its location (just steps to the broad walk) and the price. We couldn’t have been happier. The room was nice, parking was available and we even had daily cleaning. I would stay there again!!

Mold, mildew and must, oh my!!

I planned a romantic getaway for my husband's 50th birthday to take him to the Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida. Our original hotel boasted tons of amenities and was directly across the street from the Guitar Hard Rock hotel. When we arrived there all amenities were closed. We cancelled the reservation there, and frustratedly grappled to find a new place to stay. We ended up at Caribbean Resort. They were nice enough to let us check in early and when we got to our room noticed a musty smell. We turned the AC on and went out for the day. When we arrived late at night the smell was much worse. We were exhausted after a 4 hour plus drive so decided to rest a few hours. We both woke up terribly sick, coughing severely and sore throats. I immediately realized it was mold and I am allergic. We ran out of there at 4am to go home. Luckily we booked through Hotels.com who pushed the hotel to refund us the second night we never used. Additionally, the shower was filthy and moldy. Pool is for suite patrons only, so other than the short walk to the beach and tiki bar that has only beer and wine, there's nothing else to do Definitely NOT a resort. We won't be back. I'm still sick a day after we left.

The entire staff were amazing, Andy, Erica and the rest of the crew were super friendly and helpful. Helped us upgrade with suites for a very reasonable price. Staff are the most friendly people I have ever met. Definitely booking there again.

Loved the beach proximity - that cannot be beat. The room was not fancy but had everything we needed and a fridge, microwave, dishes etc that were a nice bonus if needed. Claudia at the tiki bar was so friendly and helpful. I was sad they had no avocado on hand for avocado toast for breakie the next morning but this obviously won’t impact my rating. We would stay again.

Following a horrendous day of travel, we were welcomed with open arms and soothing tone. We were over 6 hours late for check in due to airport delays and the amazing gentleman waited for us and made us feel like we were the only ones in the world. Parking was convenient, rooms are clean and quaint. Loved the Tiki Bar and overall atmosphere. Thank you for being so accommodating, friendly and kind!
