We had 2 families (2 different rooms) so family 1 that was with us checked into their room, left to go to their room, we started our check in process and by the time we signed the paper and got our room key our family that had checked in right before us came back into the office with pictures of the ceiling falling in their bathroom of the room. There was ceiling hanging and all over the toilet and floor was dust and ceiling pieces. So we decided to go check our room that they gave us. As soon as we (my husband & I) walked in I noticed dried liquid of some type (flaking) on top of the refrigerator where there were also live roaches crawling! I immediately said NOPE and walked out back to the office. I never made it any farther into the room to check anything else. The beds looked to be really flat with no cushion to it but I definitely didn’t even check that out..NOW I will say the office guys were very nice about the whole situations we had going on and processed us refunds! Thank you guys for that!! Just sucked we had to find somewhere at midnight after that.

The room stunk. The sheets smelled horrible and housekeeping steals. Do not stay at this hotel. I had to call several times to try to get a pillow returned that houskeeping stole. The manager hung up on me several times. Very inprofessional. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel ever

This stay was absolutely awful. I already had called Hotels.com regarding this, but there were no drawers. I was told that drawers are dirty and it causes bugs. Therefore, there was no drawers. The front desk staff were absolutely horrifying. They were rude and arrogant and nasty so no, I will never stay at this hotel again and I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER DON'T STAY HERE

I travel multiple times a year and have stayed at multiple hotels and this place is the worst First problem was they wouldn't allow me to take their free shuttle because I had a ecv chair that I rented. Even though I called about it before I booked my stay at this motel and they didn't tell me it was going to be a problem They also left me with a non functioning toilet for 3 days even though I had asked 3 people I finally talked to the manager about it and they finally fixed it I would recommend you stay anywhere else the people who work here don't care about their customers

Amazing staff, but rooms not so much

The staff at this inn were wonderful super friendly, sweet, and genuine. They made us feel welcome and were truly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the building itself was not any of these things. The inn is quite old and rundown. Our room felt dirty, with discolored sheets and a bathroom that looked unclean. The air conditioner was very loud, but didn’t cool the room effectively, and the overall smell of the place was unpleasant. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything from the neighboring guests, which didn’t help with a restful sleep. The breakfast was very minimal. All in all, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the inn itself was not very comfortable or clean.

Pas cher mais rien de plus.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits afin de visiter les parcs Universal et visiter Orlando. Chambre au bord de la piscine, au rez de chaussée. La piscine ferme à 22h00, c'est à la fois pratique pour y aller mais forcement bruyant (les enfants hurlent et les parents s'en moquent, ils sont sur leurs téléphones...). La chambre est propre mais petite, l'un des lits est collé à la clim qui est bruyante et vibre. La salle de bain est dans son jus mais tout fonctionne. La literie est morte mais les draps sont propres... Le petit déjeuner est une aventure : 4 tables pour 80 chambres environs. Alors pour s'assoir, c'est comme pour manger : premier arrivé, premier servi. Il n'y a pas grand chose à partager... Ne comptez pas sur celui-ci, il est inclus avec la chambre, mais il n'y a quasiment rien.

Seulement si vous n'avez pas trouvé autre chose !

Nous avons fait 1 seule nuit dans le cadre d'une escale entre Miami et un hôtel Disney. Chambre à l'étage, accès par un balcon qui penche et n'est pas rassurant. La chambre est petite. Nous découvrons 2 cafards à notre arrivée. La salle de bain est d'un autre temps mais il y a quand même un peu d'eau chaude sans pression (si vous avez les cheveux longs, bon courage). Literie en fin de vie, difficile de dormir à deux car l'un tombe forcement sur l'autre. Petit déjeuner inclus mais il n'y a rien : café, thé, brioche tranchée. Pour le reste, il faut être rapide pour récupérer une banane lorsqu'ils en apportent, tout comme les jus de fruits en briques (apport par lot de 6, un lot toutes les 30 minutes environ). 4 tables pour déjeuner et environ 80 chambres, c'est au premier arrivé ! Hôtel pas cher, il n'a que cela pour lui. Pas de soucis pour garer la voiture juste devant.

Very satisfied

I have stayed at this Rodeway many times now and it has been consistently very good and reliable. The location is fantastic and the area has many shopping and dining options. Housekeeping was good and commendable and the staff is helpful and efficient. Breakfast is not fancy but still satisfying. The bed was comfortable and the room had enough amenities. Overall, very pleased and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cheap and very basic

You get what you pay for. It's cheap but it was very rundown and needs a lot of work on it not the best don't expect quality expect a rundown hotel all basic and needs a makeover. Bottom line it's abed and a shower that's the best way to look at it. It lacked quality and cleanliness in general.

Will probably be back

I have stayed a few times at this hotel and it provides good results. The room was very good with a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure. Enough amenities to be satisfied. Only problems for me was the TV was very difficult to use. Channels were hard to change with Netflix and YouTube included. Too complicated - get back to regular cable. Also traffic in the area is bad especially heading west. A potential game changer for me. But Rodeway is reasonable and reliable so I probably will be back.

My stay

The only complaint but it is Kissimmee fl Found a critter first day but I bombed the room didn't see them anymore. Fridge was dirty and the wifi could be better and TV was a bit confusing to operate. But great staff, great location, food options were perfect.
