While not paying the high rates . Room was spacious. Had a microwave and small refrigertor. The A/C was excellent. Definitely a keeper for me. The guy at check in was very helpful and had good suggestions to go eat.

So much. The desk was unattended and when i called the number on the sign and said i was there to check in whoever answered the phone just hung up. Apparently i was supposed to know she was passing the message on. There was no hot water in the room. There was an ear buds in the sink.

Our first night stay the service was great. The room was great. The next weekend nights that stay we got there too early as we showed up when we got off of our cruise ship forgetting that check-in wasn’t until 3 in the afternoon. The woman that was working was very rude to us. She was also terrible to a disabled veteran with mental issues and seemed very proud of herself for the way she was behaving. Honestly it made me sick to watch. I was thankful when the other woman showed up that was there the previous weekend when we stayed before our cruise started. She went and got our room ready so we didn’t have to keep waiting outside. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the rest of the day and evening.

Rented 2 rooms and they only had us down for 1. Good thing I had my receipt. Walked in room and it had damp smell, no soap, cold water to shower. Overall wasn't happy with the room. No parking even though they say there is. Not worth the money they charge.

This hotel didn’t meet my expectations. There was only hot water in the shower. I was informed by the staff that the sinks only had cold water. The door to the room didn’t have a deadbolt lock and used a key NOT a keycard. I couldn’t get extra pillows and they only had bath towels.

Check in was easy and service was friendly. The room itself was OK. the bed sheets were dirty and to be honest those blankets were questionable. Good AC power and for what it’s worth, can’t complain. Free parking which was a plus. I would stay here again for one night only. looking for something affordable.
