Wir hatten eine Studiosuite, 1 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool im Außenbereich (nicht einsehbar für andere). Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und ordentlich. Im Kochbereich war alles vorhanden und man konnte die Tür zum Schlafbereich schließen (kein Kühlschranklärm). Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und man musste nur eine kleine Treppe zum Zimmer hochgehen. Im Bad waren ausreichend Abestellfläche und Haken vorhanden (nicht immer selbstverständlich). Der Whirlpool war ein zusätzliches Plus. Wir schätzen zudem den kostenlosen Parkplatz und den (verschließbaren) Küchenbereich. Die Mitarbeitenden waren auch sehr freundlich. Man konnte ruhig schlafen und die Ausgangslage für Besichtigungen in Rotorua war sehr gut. Den Außenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Efficient and well maintained, no problems. Even a proper luggage stand which was otherwise rare in New Zealand. However the extremely Spartan decor / outfitting was somewhat unwelcoming.

Stayed one night to catch up friends and family. Didnt use any of the facilities but the pool looked nice. The rooms are quite large and more than adequate for a short stay

The bed was very comfortable. Seating poor- only 3 metal chairs & no comfortable seating at all!!! I am thin & had to use a pillow sit on & rest my back or sit on the bed!! The shower was good. The car park space allocated to the unit was outside a different unit! I would not choose to stay there again.
