Got charged twice and was told refund was issued but still haven’t seen anything come back. Old guy at check in was very difficult to understand. Room was in great shape and quality for price was amazing

The staff was very hospitable. The drain plug in the bathtub in room 23 slowly leaked water out, so that should be secured so that you can take a long bath if wanted. Beyond that, very pleased! :)

The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The ironing board was broken, the hair dryer needs a blocker because it sucked in my hair, I have long hair. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. It was great to have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The drawer space was good. The bathroom was great I really enjoyed my stay, especially since I could walk across the street from the bar.

do not recommend

my partner and i rented a room here for a weekend getaway trip, was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and environment so we checked out 30 minutes after checking in and found a room elsewhere

We didn’t get any sleep on Saturday night. People were yelling obscenities, throwing furniture, screaming at each other, and slamming doors. It went on for 4-5 hours. We asked for our money back but did not get it. We did not stay the second night, and of course will never go back. Management did nothing and made us wait 1/2 hour to check out. Judy & Tom Ryan

Room was very nice. And clean. Lady at the front desk was very courteous and seemed genuinely happy to see us. And they happily gave us some plastic silverware when our food order from a local restaurant (a julienne salad and a scallop dish from Canale's restaurant) arrived with no silverware or napkins.

We booked prior to seeing the reviews but I have to say that the Oswego Inn wasn't as bad as the reviews made it sound. The staff was friendly, the rooms were mostly clean, and the location was very convenient. That being said, our rooms were uncomfortably warm even with the window air-conditioning units at full blast, while there were ice buckets, there was no ice machine, and there was a smell of cigarettes, even thoughour rooms were non-smoking.

The place was a $50 a night room, just in shambles paint was terrible, beds look barely made, couldn’t work the TV, no drinks available.
