The highlight of my trip was this hotel. The hotel offered a lot of amenities that I didn't know it had when booked originally. It's walking distance to the bus station which had shuttles from Tokyo and to Gotemba which made our Japan travel so accessible. The hotel also offers their own free shuttle that goes around different stops in Fujiyoshida along with Lake Kawaguchi so you definitely have options of things to do and places to go. The hotel also is located walking distance from an amusement park (free admission when booking with the hotel) along with a few cute theme 'parks'. The food was amazing with a lot of choices (buffet, western restaurant, and japanese restaurant). The room we booked was huge...maybe a little too big for two of us but I'm not complaining. Our room faced Mt. Fuji and we were lucky enough to have a clear view of it. I'm definitely booking here again. It was so worth it.

We stayed at five different hotels in Japan and this was by far everyone's favorite. How can hit beat stunning views is Mt Fuji, the most magical onsen, and all the amenities you could ask for? The hotel had a free shuttle to get around and we had a great time at the Mt and the amusement park. We wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Excellent hotel with outstanding location, amenities and staff! The property is paired with a direct bus stop, making travel very convenient, and it offers the most breathtaking view of Mt. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it.
