I love Queens

Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Just blocks from the F train and 2 good bodegas nearby.

for the money you pay it is reasanable. it is just a few stops with the metro from the manhattan which is the best. for the neihbeirhood you have to be prepared.

Just Ok

Good location, was clean, but a little beat up and small. The owners were nice and good to work with. Biggest complaint was that the room had zero towels - they said they were out and would bring some in the morning, but never saw any.

Don’t bother

Drove two hours to shower and prep. No hot water. Messy lobby. Ugh.

Don’t do it. Trust me.

Don’t do it. The positive reviews have to be fake. Doesn’t show up on navigation as it should. Charged $30 upon arrival for no reason. Key didn’t work first time. No towels - literally air dried - funny, but dumb. 2 small square pillows. Very comfy bed. Just spend the extra and get a real room, this place is not for real. We went down in the morning to request towels and dude literally just added us to a very long list of names and room numbers. We just air dried and got out of there. Literally no towels of any size.

Custa benefício ótimo. Muito cômodo perto de metrô, farmácias, mercados e lanchonetes. As pessoas que moram lá tem uma aparência estranha, mas tinha muito policial toda noite lá. Iria novamente com certeza

This was a fine place to stay. In the listing they advertised the room as a King bed but it’s definitely a Double. It said there would be a coffeemaker which wasn’t true. Those things didn’t wreck or stay, but just tell the truth about what you offer. We had to ask for a second pillow and towel set, only 1 provided in a booking for 2 adults. We got a good night’s sleep and the location offers easy subway access.

The area was kind of awful, had to park a block away because there wasn’t in parking spots in the area. To securely park your car you had to pay $25 and that wasn’t bad but the next day, they told me it would be $35. We actually left a day early because of the area, hospitality and the non cleanliness of the room. NEVER AGAIN

8/10 Very good

Clean room and comfortable beds. Hotel was a bit dated . Ice machine broken. No dressers in the room. It was exactly what I was expecting for the price and location. The neighborhood is not bad it's more industrial. I felt safe with my daughter. The hotel was quiet. Very quick and easy access via subway and Uber to Manhattan. Excellent value if you are just staying a few days. I don't think I would recommend for a longer stay but was just what I needed for a weekend. If you are the time that like to stay in the hotel a lot this would not be for you. Comfy and clean place if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

8/10 Very good

Clean room, bathroom was little run down but still good I thought, they didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my room so I asked the front desk if they had anymore but they didn’t. I didn’t require maid service at my stay there, so I wanted the sign. I wouldn’t mind staying again there.
Samson, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

Everything was dirty, there was trash on the floor in the hallway for all 5 days, an inch of dust on fake flowers in the lobby, the bathroom toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door had chunks missing from it, and no black out curtains. The staff seemed like they were the related to the owner and just mostly played on their phones

2/10 Poor

I never stayed in a worse hotel ever. The service was horrible. My room was never cleaned I had a tough time getting clean towels. At one point, no hot water for showers. No closest, chair to sit or place to hang clothing The site said breakfast in morning. And had a gym. Neither of that last two were true. Mattresses were stacked in lobby. And the only sitting area in the hotel was torn up rattan furniture on the sidewalk, in the rain.

We stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned. The walls were covered in little drawings—not art, but like when you leave your child with a crayon and they start painting the walls. The hotel feels abandoned.

Don’t book here

I wish I could give them 0 stars, everything was dirty and gross. Pubic hairs in the bathroom stains on the mirror, everything reeked of smoke and cigarettes. They don’t even have an ice machine. And when I asked about the patio to get some fresh air was told it was closed. This place just sucks

I am a frequent traveler and am VERY forgiving when it comes to hotels, but I was very disappointed in this hotel. When we arrived, we weren't sure that we had the right location because there is NO SIGN on the outside with the hotel name. We got to our assigned room but it was not cleaned. We went back down to reception and got a different room, but it was a queen bed instead of the king we had paid for. There was also a loud clanging coming from the bathroom every so often, likely due to the elevator being right next to our room. They said they would address this but never did. There were also many features the hotel advertised but does not provide: -No complimentary breakfast -No fridge or coffee maker in the room -No alarm clock -If there was a gym, we weren't made aware They do have a smart TV, towels, and small shower toiletries. The one real saving grace was that the a/c worked well. They additionally let us leave our luggage in the lobby after check-out, but without any tags or accountability system, which made us nervous. Upon checkout, the staff said the hotel manager would call us about a room credit for the bed size issue, but they never did. I attempted to call the hotel three times after our trip but they never answered and there is no voicemail system. Unfortunately I have no choice left but to leave them a lousy review. Such a bummer because I could have forgiven the shortcomings if not for the total lack of communication from the staff.

Worst hotel in NYC

Do NOT stay here, complete disaster. How Hotels.com allows them online is beyond me. The room lacked the following: There was no shower curtain and front desk just shrugged. There was no tv remote or a way to turn on the tv. There was no closet. There were two beds that were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The sink worked. Although no closet there were a few hooks screwed into the wall. There were several Jesus stickers on the doors and wall.
