Beautiful tropical getaway

This was our 35th anniversary trip, the first time we've been to Mexico. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, the food was fresh and a delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend this all-inclusive resort to anyone looking for a place to stay on the water in Cozumel.

We had a great stay. The food was very good as compared to other all inclusives in Cozumel. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The mattress was comfortable which is hard to find. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is that the floors needed to be cleaned around the pool and general grounds.

Major Disappointment

The room was very dirty and run down. Shocking for a Wyndham property. The entire property is dated and tired. I booked based off the last 10 reviews which were all 10/10. I can only assume those were purchased reviews? There’s no possible way someone would rate is 10/10. The food was bland. On the positive side the staff was wonderful, attentive and kind. I came to check out property for future vacations and possible business meeting. So disappointed.

Short visit

I don't usually do all inclusives but I was there to hang out with some of my friends for a few days and it was amazing the staff was very attentive. The pool was comfortable always seem to be enough chairs. Food was good, the fire show was amazing. It's going to Cozumel again I would definitely consider staying there

Little Gem close to San Miguel

This resort is close to town so nice to be able to walk to San Miguel de Cozumel. Smaller property with a great pool. Beach side across the street is lovely. Everyone on the staff was great, shout out to the activities crew, Juanita, Jesus, and Diego. Thank you Cynthia in the dining area for letting me practice my Spanish.

The hotel and surroundings are dated. The beach is rocky but you are able to swim, snorkel or dive right from the hotel access. Their main dining room overlooked the water with breathtaking views. The staff made our stay a delight! We would definitely go back!

Property was well kept. No Wi-Fi in the room or outside the hotel, only in the lobby area. Had to walk across the street to eat meals provided unless booked fire special dinners and food was mostly cold. Cafe by pool had great food but sparse hours. Pictures online looked like it was on beach side water across the street, but wasn't. Only rocky water shore line. No coffee in the room & available in lobby at certain hours only.

If you are looking for a nice location close to town (15 minute walk) that also has great snorkeling and diving opportunities, this is your place. If you like fancy food and fancy drinks, you might consider another location. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and the drinks are good, they are just not high end. What makes up for it, is the staff that is taking care of you. They have an amazing always friendly staff that made our trip great.
