The staff wew amazing. My room was lovely with it's own balcony although a small note. If staying with small dogs they can get through the storm drainage. The walks from the grounds were fantastic. I would definitely stay again with or without my dogs.

Lovely location and hotel, easy parking and breakfast amazing Bathroom was large enough to have a seperate bath & dhower cubicle - unfortunately the cubicle was rather small (I'm 6'4") so kept banging my elbows

Dinner menu in restaurant was limited, but everything else was great. Staff were all helpful and pleasant, room was spacious and had a bath and shower seperate. Car park was right outside main door and also had over flow car park so had plenty of parking which was included with room booking.

The hotel is an older building and a bit worn around the edges but it was fine for the two nights we were there, and a reasonable price compared to hotels in the area. A nice garden area.

Adequate enough for an last-minute emergency one-night stay, during house renovations -- but somewhat tired and in need of investment. (We didn't eat there at all, being so close to our home.) The saving grace was a comparatively cheap rate for room-only.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Parking was good. The only gripe that let it down was the restaurant, particularly the continental breakfast which consisted of fat free yoghurts, granola and sliced bread - no pastries, no croissants, no meats, no small fruits. The English breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay the night before our cruise. Friendly check in and a great dinner outside in the garden. The only complaint is that there was no air conditioning and it was very hot. Although a fan was provided. Black out curtains would helped!

The room was fairly small, partly tucked under the eaves, but adequate. There is a lot of deferred maintenance—peeling paint, stained carpets that are coming up around the edges, cobwebs up at the ceiling, etc. But it’s a really charming country inn; just a shame that it’s declining. Very nice setting and huge potential, just not meeting that potential.

Parking is easy Room immaculate Staff amazing Building full of character and so so well looked after I sat in the garden with a drink watching the sun dip behind the trees in the distance and honestly could have been anywhere in the world, there was just perfect.
