The stay was good. Good service especially the front desk staff very co-operative and helpful. Room is clean and surrounding is good.Room includes Fridge, Safe, TV, Tea/Coffee, Bath with bathtub/shower, Free wifi 24 hours, Hot water available plenty. The only negative is that there was no any popular sports channels or any English news channels for Indian news. The location of the hotel ideal for tourist since the bus/taxi/metro stations are very close. Overall it was good

First rate staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated as a valued guest at all times. Without exception every staff member I encountered made me feel right at home with genuine smiles and excellent customer service. I should say that this is not a luxury, flashy Dubai hotel but I felt it delivered remarkable value for the price I paid. Think Travelodge level rooms but with 5* service delivery.

I am a veteran hard to please customer and I give this hotel full marks for service. You never hear a no. From door man to the buffet staff to the house keeper. Nice location. Metro and huge mall with food court 5 minutes away. Moderate breakfast . Good bar. Live music. Value for money. I can't find a flaw to complain.

A localização é muito boa, parte histórica e com comércio popular; o acesso é próximo para quem vai pegar cruzeiro no porto Rashid. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, ambiente com cheiro muito forte e muito voltado ao público da Índia. Se tiver a opção sem café da manhã é melhor.

Ej nöjd, fel hotelval. Indisk restaurang. Dålig frukost, typ bara ägg korv och toast. Det är hotel till lokal befolkningen, mykcet fester med lokal befolkning med live indisk musik som hörs i rummet sent på natten (på vån 8) och lukt från friterad olja kommer direkt i rummet sent på kvällen och tidigt på morgonen.ej fräscha rum, hårtork finns ej. Tyvär rekomenderar jag inte detta hotell. Sämsta val.

The hotel is more dated than a Romanian Prison. The night auditor was fantastic. He gave us a suite. However the suite has never been updated since the hotel was built. The room decor is hideous, and that is putting it mildly! It's possibly the worse hotel room I've stayed in a long time. The food at the restaurant was very good! The lobby is average. The bar staff was very pleasant. Its not a bad hotel, the location is very convenient. But they need to seriously update the rooms!

Hotel reception more interested in getting money- the first greeting was about upfront payment of taxes. Hotel is ill equipped for good local maps or how to get around. No good metro or road maps.. Hotel did not want to know about the room specifications that we had in writing from Hotel.com.- so we had a down graded room. Breakfatst and House keeping staff. Reception staff and info let it down. Room service prices too high compared to other hotels. But goo local eateries.

I was very much disappointed with the hotel and hotel.com too. I had to fight for the room I booked. Guy called Prem at the reception was very rude. I had booked desert safari from the hotel and had told them not to give us the last seat in the vehicle. The time given was 3.30 to 4. We got ready 5 mins late and the guys started being rude. We were asked to take the last seat which we didnot want but we're forced to use. We cancelled our trip and demanded for refund or another vehicle but were not paid back and again the rude behaviour by an old guy called Edward.
