A little oasis in the middle of Tulum pueblo

We stayed in a room with two king beds and a street view - the room was huge. The only problem was the bathroom was a little run down. The sink was damaged and the shower didn’t work very well - with about 70% of the water hitting the wall and spraying all over the bathroom and not falling from the shower head on to you.

Estuvo bien la estancia en general, se veia al parecer renovado y amplia la habitación, esta en la calle principal del centro. Solo unas situaciones: la sábana, aunque se percibía limpia, estaba manchada lo cual al dia siguiente sin ningun problema nos la cambiaron; el baño algo descuidado en el aspecto que la regadera estaba goteando y no habia dispensador de jabón para bañarnos solo shampo, pero se solicitó mas para las manos y se solucionó; es de varios pisos y no hay elevador. El personal muy amable y atento.

L’hôtel est bien situé et proche des transports en commun. La chambre est spacieuse avec des lits King size. La décoration est minimaliste ; il y a tâche marron douteuse dans le lavobo ; la plante morte à côté du frigo ne sert à rien. Le personnel plus ou moins accueillant n’a pas pu me procurer un fer à repasse fonctionnel. La télé ne marchait pas en raison du wifi dysfonctionnel. Pour l’accueil VIP, c’est raté. Je le recommande pour son accessibilité.
