Very good location & bad service. If re-paid in Hotels.com, Holidays Inn couldn't get the payment so require me despoit. Until several days, still no refund. And don't stay the room over floor 5, very bad cool aircondition!

When we checked in, the counter guy told us that they did get paid by hotels.com.
So they suggested that we pay hotel and get payback from hotels.com.
Even they asked me to contact hotels.com and solve problems.
I could not believe that that kind of thing is suggested by western brand hotel.
Also the hotel building was a shoddy and faulty construction.
Restroom was dirty.
It was a truly awful stay.
If you would like to enjoy ski in winter, it could be good choice.
