Súper mal atendido por el Recepcionista pésimo su actitud súper desagradable me cobro en efectivo más de lo que pague en la página aunque me hizo el cargo expedía me cobro de más y toda la noche unos huéspedes estuvieron consumiendo bebidas la cual no dejaron dormir y fueron subiendo de todo su lenguaje no apto para niños De nuevo al dirigirme al personal contestaron que no pueden hacer nada de nuevo la falta de profesionalismo y su falta de preparación resaltó de nuevo. En verdad desgraciadamente experiencia al ser una persona de la 3 edad y quedarse a descansar a si como el cobro independiente del Recepcionista más alto de lo que pague aquí en la página y luego me regresará lo que pague en la aplicación de expedía y que el costo que me cobrara en efectivo y me regrese lo que me cargaron a mi tarjeta es un abuso y una falta de respeto y su mal comportamiento a si los huéspedes deja una mala experiencia

The location of this hotel was amazing we were just one block away from the main Avenue and it was close to a lot of different restaurants.The Room was amazing we really liked it, the outside of the building needed a little work but rather than that it was a pretty good choice.

The staff were very nice and helpful. However the water barely dripped out of the bathroom faucet, two out of three overhead lights did not work, the sheets on one bed had several rips in it, and there was a very strong smell (possibly cleaning solutions?) that came from the bathroom, made a person's eyes water. WiFi worked well, even in our room.

Outside is quite rundown and it doesn’t get better in the room. Only 1 light working in the bedroom, hot water tap for the shower was really difficult to turn on and flow was poor.. the towels that were in the room when I arrived were damp. Breakfast was very basic.

O quarto é bem simples e bem antigo (tintura desbotada, quadros bem feios); havia pouca água no chuveiro (que também era velho, assim como toda a estrutura do banheiro e do hotel); um pouco empoeirado. Mas suficiente aos propósitos básicos. Indicaria, mas apenas se no custo-benefício compensasse (no caso, pagamos 1200 pesos por dia, o que achei caro - embora justificável pelas datas - final de dezembro).

L'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino alla strada principale. Ha un bel patio ma trascurato. Le camere sono un po piccole e hanno i muri scrostati. Prese elettriche con fili in vista. Il ventilatore sul soffitto non è ben fissato e ci gola.

広い部屋と朝食のおいしいホテル

部屋は通りに面していて明るく広かったです。ベットも清潔で大きく快適でした。込みの朝食も好みの卵料理を作ってくれてフルーツのヨーグルト添え、パン、ジュースすべてとてもおいしかったです。部屋でWiFiは繋がりませんでしたが、部屋の入口が面した中庭のテーブルで使えました。ホテルのレンタル自転車は12時間で75ペソでした。

No vayan a este hotel....o se arrepentirán!!

Nos fué mal, había olor cloacal en el baño y en las partes comunes del hotel. El WIFI malo, la habitacion sin veladores, sin tomacorrientes cerca de la cama, sin caja de seguridad. El desayuno paupérrimo, sin variedad , el café desagradable y servido en un ambiente sofocante, húmedo y oloroso, No es recomendable éste hotel y su relacion costo-beneficio es mala

Je deconseille cet hotel, personnel pas du tout sympa, chambre très bruyante, ils ont voulu me facturée une 3eme telecommande alors qu il m en avait donner 2, et j ai quitter l hotel des la 1ere nuit alors que je devais en passer 3 car impossible de dormir et ils font des travaux des 8h du matin

It's a solid 3-star hotel; super affordable, conveniently located, and not a total hole in the wall. Anyone giving this place less than 3 stars really needs to modify their expectation of a $35-per-night hotel room. They're situated on a side street that might make first-time Tulum visitors feel like they've been bamboozled, but it's a fantastic central location. We've stayed there twice now and probably will again. I will say that it's not really a "romantic" kinda place, so if you're a couple looking for something like that, you're gonna have to pony up a few more bucks and stay someplace else (but still stay in town! You don't have to stay on the beach to find some nice accommodations in Tulum!)
