Our customer service - desk clerk was literally THE BEST. We were exhausted- our vacation was in shambles and we rolled in after midnight and she was like an actual God-send. It was actually like the commercials... THEN SHE MADE THE BREAKFAST!!!! And it was amazing! This might be my best customer service hotel experience ever.

A hot, or even warm, shower is expected when I travel. This hotel had just cold showers. Was told by staff the water heater should warm up after a while, I got up at 1am to shower, unfortunately still cold. Everything else as expected for a Best Western.

the property was trying to to be nice. it was clean. but the bedding was not too good. the pillows were very crumbly inside and the blanket was wrapped in sheets but it was a fuzzy blanket who's life was over years ago. the mattress was hard. the breakfast was not cooked well. if it was under a hundred maybe its like an eighty a night.but at one fifty I am disappointed

Great place to stay!

Quick and easy check in. Staff was welcoming and nice. Our room was super clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Nice and quiet location with plenty of parking.
