We had two rooms, one had not started to be cleaned yet. When I called down to the front desk, we were told to just all hang out in our one room while they cleaned it. Took 1 hour for the room to be ready. No sorry, or offer to change rooms, nothing. As far as the rooms themselves, once clean, they are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Air conditioner worked great in the rooms.
