Smell like marijuana when we first entered a hotel. My room smell, mold smell like it has standing water . When I went to check out early, they would not let me check out as I have to leave the room key and they will check me out in the morning.

I’ll start by saying staff was great, only issue were that the lobby smelled they no air circulation in lobby. Stairwells smelled bad. My room had an old smell to it, I had to buy things for my stay. I bought candles, bathroom rugs sanitizing wipes and air fresheners. And I know you guys have to make your money, but you guys should be mindful to who you rent to. 3 out of 5

The blinds in the room were broken the last 2 at the bottom were broken on the end. Even if you shut the you could still see in the room. No curtains, only blinds. The stairwell door slammed very loudly all night long. There is a reason it is 1/2 the price of every place else around. The photo is at midnight, the parking lot is lit up like daylight.

De verdad que no vuelvo a ese hotel tuve muy mala experiencia el olor a maribuana por todo lados pasillo hasta mi mismo cuarto la limpieza de la habitación regular el baño no lo limpiaron bien tuve que ir a comprar productos de limpieza para sentirme segura la señora recepcionista de la mañana muy amable pero la de la noche cuando salí a pasear a mis perros fumando con otras personas se vio de muy mal aspecto lo único bueno que aceptan mascotas pero lo demás muy mal por favor si van con familia no es lugar para nada aparte cuando volví a ese hotel después de almorzar en la entrada del hotel habia una pelea osea de todo no pude dormir en toda la noche me sentí muy insegura con un montón de personas drogadas en la entrada de verdad no vale la pena muy muy mala experiencia

Parking lot was difficult to navigate into and out of at night due to lack of appropriate lighting. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold on the inside of the door. The room smelled like mildew. We had reserved two nights, but after one night, we checked out and went to a different hotel.

Hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Was supposed to be smoke free. Halls were full of smoke. The room was filthy. No hot water and the air conditioner was not working. We checked in a little before 10. The person at the front desk was very nice but they closed at 10 so there was nothing we could do. We tried to tough it out but it was too much. We ended up leaving. Hotels.com you really need to remove this hotel from your offerings.

Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars.

No smoking signs were posted all over but people were still smoking and management didn’t do anything to stop it. The hall to our room reaked of smoke. The room had no stopper in the tub and the water wouldn’t turn off. It dripped all the time.
