We had been wanting to stay at the Estero Inn for years and were so excited to enjoy a couple of nights in September. The room was exactly as pictured, we stayed in the Parkside room. The balcony was great at first, nice view and comfortable. However the hotel has a terrible design flaw, the ac unit from the neighbors room blows directly onto the balcony and is very loud and annoying. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk and had to abandon our idea of a nice glass of wine with the view and ended up going down to the Adirondack chairs along the bay, lovely but not private at all. Very disappointing and will make us not stay there again.
